The 2024-25 season is in full swing as the second week of January is here. The 2026 class has made a name for themselves this season, especially in Non-Public A. Here are the 2026 Non-Public A who have taken a big step this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2342638' first='Jaden' last='Brown'], 6'3 SG Bergen Catholic

Brown has taken a big leap for the Crusaders this season as he has established himself as their go-to option on the perimeter. The 6'3 guard has a good first step which he uses to blow by his defender and can finish through contact. Brown can also score in the mid-range and sets his feet before he shoots. He has the ability to play on the ball as well and slides his feet on the defensive end. Brown has three 20-point games this season and is looking to have more games like that throughout the course of the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2716491' first='Alex' last='Ante'], 6'6 PF Seton Hall Prep

Ante has been a force so far this season for the Pirates as he's tied for the team lead in points and leads the team in rebounds. The 6'6 forward uses his strong frame to get position down low and has a nice touch around the basket. Ante can also put the ball on the floor and moves well without the ball in his hands. He works for rebounds on both ends of the floor and holds his ground on the defensive end. Ante has a pair of double-doubles this season and should raise that number over the next couple of months.

[player_tooltip player_id='2304509' first='Seamus' last='Bieg'], 5'10 PG Camden Catholic

Bieg has been one of the top shooters in South Jersey this season and is part of the reason the Irish have started 8-1 on the season. The 5'10 guard has a smooth release on his jumper and can get hot from distance in a hurry. Bieg moves well without the ball in his hands, freeing himself for open layups and jumpers in the halfcourt. He is an underrated passer and can get deflections on the defensive end. Bieg's ability to stretch the floor from distance is something that will help his stock throughout the course of the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2481017' first='Clinton' last='Suggs'], 6'2 PG Paul VI

Suggs is part of a talented perimeter trio for the Eagles that is currently one of the top ranked teams in the Garden State. The 6'2 guard has a good first step, which he uses to beat his man off the bounce and finish around the basket. Suggs can also score in the mid-range and can knock down open jumpers on the perimeter. He has the length to defend both guard spots and can find his open teammates in the halfcourt. Suggs' versatility is something to keep an eye on throughout the course of the season.

Riley Gorman, 6'2 SG Immaculata

Gorman has made an immediate impact for the Spartans as he currently leads the team in scoring. The 6'2 guard rarely wastes any motion in his release and can knock down triples in bunches. Gorman is more than just a shooter as he can also put the ball on the floor and finishes well around the basket. He is an underrated rebounder and can get deflections on the defensive end. Gorman has four 20-point games this season and should have more games like that over the next couple of months.
