<p><strong>Debuting:</strong> [player_tooltip player_id='2633420' first='Ivan' last='Moskalenko']<br><strong>Ranking:</strong> #58<br><strong>Why?</strong> Ivan is a project, to be sure. There is some intrigue thanks to his size, but of course the forward will need to refine his game over the course of his high school career. He will be fighting for visibility thanks to his low-profile high school program and AAU might be the pathway to wider recognition.</p>

<p><strong>Debuting:</strong> [player_tooltip player_id='2393889' first='Lincoln' last='Tummel'] (Carter)<br><strong>Ranking:</strong> #63<br><strong>Why?</strong> Lincoln was extremely productive during his fall league experience. The size for his future position makes him an attractive prospect long-term. Tummel stands 6-foot-4 right now and looks to be a college 2/3 as long as he can defend that spot. Tummel is able to score from a variety of places on the floor.</p>

<p><strong>Debuting:</strong> [player_tooltip player_id='2684568' first='Kaden' last='Cutlip'] (Unicoi County)<br><strong>Ranking:</strong> #91<br><strong>Why?</strong> If there is a First Family of east Tennessee, then it very well could be the Cutlips. Kaden is the newest family member to enter the @PrepHoopsTN universe. Kaden plays baseball in addition to basketball. As of late December, Kaden is averaging 17.6 points per game and 3.3 rpg. He is also sitting on 2.1 steals per.</p>
