Eli is a small lead guard who impacts both ends of the floor. He is a young PG who plays with poise and a good understanding of what his coach wants on each possession. He hunts the paint and is aggressive when hitting gaps and causing defensive collapses. He has vision and passing skills, which allow him to make on-time and on-target passes off the bounce. His energy and activity on both ends of the floor cause opponents to really compete if they want to give their squad a chance to win. He is not reliant on his athleticism but has a very high PG IQ, which sets him apart.

He is efficient with his overall floor game, as he doesn't waste dribbles or play out of control. He doesn't get rattled in traffic, which allows him to use his finishing moves to convert at the cup. He is not the primary option for his team, but he is a player who can provide production in the scoring and rebounding column.

He does a good job sprinting the floor in transition, covering the court especially when the game gets at a high pace, and he is agile on his feet. I would like to see him be a little more aggressive, especially with his team looking to find scoring and, ultimately, their identity. Isyaih is comfortable with the rock in his hands and the responsibility of facilitating. He competes on both ends of the floor.

If he can embrace his role and win his box, he will find his play very beneficial going down the stretch.

He is the caliber player who can impact the game without having to score.
