[player_tooltip player_id='2425687' first='Acen' last='Jimenez'] | La Habra

Jimenez has been on a scoring tear to start the season. The 6-foot point guard has logged 30-plus points in each of the first five Highlanders' games and has his team sitting with a 4-1 record. The 2026 prospect is a three-level scoring guard who, despite being responsible for 80 percent of his team's scoring, still finds ways to make the right reads and decisions with the ball in his hands. Jimenez doesn't force shots, he just happens to make most of the ones he takes. Jimenez finished with 31 of his team's 45 points in a loss to Damien.

Staf Yilmazturk | Anaheim Canyon

Yilmazturk is a quintessential guard that coach Nate Harrison likes wants on his roster. The 6-foot-1 senior plays fast and free, can knock down the open three-point shot with range both off the catch and off the bounce and earns paint touches in transition offense to collapse the defense and open up early offense for the Comanches. Yilmazturk finished with 16 points in Canyon's double overtime loss to La Mirada.

[player_tooltip player_id='1630683' first='Julien' last='Gomez'] | La Mirada

Gomez got off to a slow start in the Matadores' semifinal matchup with Canyon as he was sidelined with foul trouble after picking up three quick ones in the first half but that changed in the second half. The UTRGV-signee came alive in the third quarter with his patented drive and spin into a crafty layup and pull-up jumper going right. The 6-foot-3 senior took over the game when teammate [player_tooltip player_id='2194355' first='Gene' last='Roebuck'] fouled out late in the fourth quarter and finished with 23 points in a double overtime win over Canyon.

[player_tooltip player_id='2571729' first='Porter' last='Hansen'] | San Clemente

The wiry 6-foot-3 shooting guard is one of the best spot-shooters in the region who very few know about. We watched him go for 20 points in three quarters in the Tritons win over Glendora as he knocked in four of his seven attempts from behind the arc with deep range and the ability to create space off the bounce if needed. Hansen will be one of the top scorers in the region this season and should see his recruitment pick up.

Rami Awad | Anaheim Canyon

Canyon needed a third player to step up to keep pace with La Mirada in its semifinal matchup and Awad rose to the occasion. The 5-foot-10 junior scored 14 points on the game - with 12 of those on four timely three-pointers to stop a La Mirada run and keep the Comanches within striking distance. Awad has a confident approach to his perimeter shooting with a quick release and deep range.
