Very soon, there will be more talk regarding Simon because nationally, he is one player whose stock has risen very fast over the past few months. His ability to shoot the rock, his positional size, and the confidence he plays with on both ends of the court have many Auburn fans excited. However, before he takes his talents to the plains, Simon is looking to help his team lift the blue map in his final season.

IG: josh_scott

Moved from Unranked to #37-ranked player.

Josh is a lengthy wing with a lethal shot from behind the arc. He has a sweet stroke and can fill it up from deep. There is scoring versatility to his game as he can exploit smaller defenders off the bounce by getting to his spots, rising up, and shooting over the top. His length helps him to be active on the glass and a deterrent on defense. He will be taking his talents to Lipscomb once he leaves high school.

[player_tooltip player_id='2294845' first='Miller' last='Moody'] (6'9/PF/'25/Jasper HS)

IG: miller.moody33

Moved from #50-ranked to #43-ranked player.

We do not have many legit bigs in the state who play with their back to the basket, but Miller has that retro-type game. He is a stout interior presence who clogs up space on defense and owns territory on offense. He has really grown in playing out of doubles, and now, with the added addition of [player_tooltip player_id='2194997' first='Keegan' last='Keeton'] to the fold, he is surrounded by shooters, forcing the defense to make decisions about what they are going to live with post-scoring or perimeter scoring. Miller recently committed to the University of Montevallo.

IG: logan_myrick_

Moved from #76-ranked to #53-ranked player.

Logan is one of the best shooters from behind the arc in the rankings. He isn't the biggest in size, but he can fill it up from deep. He is a very confident player who isn't afraid of the moment and will step up to take the pressure shots. Mortimer Jordan brought a new coach in, and Logan will be vital to making sure the guys can embrace the transition and work to ultimately raise the blue map.

[player_tooltip player_id='2415551' first='Victor' last='Odiari'] (6'6/F|C/'25/Clay-Chalkville)

IG: showt1me_v1c

X: @Victor_Odiari11

Moved from #62-ranked to #38-ranked player.

One player I am excited about getting to see this season is Victor. I have put ink on him several times, but his coaches have shared with me that he has worked very hard to expand his game beyond the paint, where he has been highly productive over the past couple of years. He is extremely athletic, is a monster on the boards, and can be a disruptive defender. Many believe he is the key piece to helping Clay raise the blue map.

IG: lathambinkley

Moved from #169-ranked to #62-ranked player.

Latham is a wing with good positional size and a smooth stroke from deep. He has made a significant jump in the rankings with his play over the past year and a half. He has a versatile scoring game, as he can put it on the floor and get to the cup or score with his midi. Make no mistake; the strength of his offensive repertoire is his ability to score from deep. Latham's size at his position, and ball skills will make life tough for defenders this year. His excellent shooting mechanics and touch from all levels will help him be a focal point for the Patriots as the season starts.

IG: jackwb25

Moved from #126-ranked to #67-ranked player

Jack is one of the underrated players in the class, as he isn't a very flashy talent. However, he is one of the hardest-working players in the 2025 rankings, which helps him fit extremely well in the Mountain Brook system. He has made his living with his play on the glass and his interior defense. However, over the past year he has worked to add tools to his offensive game and has grown into a player who the Spartans can dump the rock down to and expect inside point production. The question will be, can Jack elevate his game to be the running mate that [player_tooltip player_id='2294767' first='Tre' last='Davis'] needs to get the Spartans back to Birmingham.
