Johnson showed off a bunch of high IQ plays with defenses collapsing towards him and he was able to split defenders before they closed or move the ball to the open man for a clean look. Pierre has the long range ability, but don't get lulled to sleep closing out to the three point arc, he can easily pump fake you and blow by his defender to get into the paint, take contact and finish. Though Desarmes displayed a solid inside-outside game, what impressed me most was his attention to defense and ability to disrupt. He was usually matched up against the opposing team's best offensive player and did a good job shutting them down or causing problems for them getting into their sets.
