[player_tooltip player_id='2413156' first='Elijah' last='Ramsey'] moves from 23 to 3rd in this ranking due to some excellent coach feedback and showings in the last few months. Ramsey has performed at a high level every time we've been able to see him and it seems its no different when in front of others. He has a complete game offensively and takes alot of pride in working on his defense and physical strength.

[player_tooltip player_id='2340458' first='Marshall' last='Dorado'] made a notable jump from 17 to 12th after rounding out a great summer and fall appearances. Dorado has also done some great work off the court in the weight room and is physically ahead of most in his grade. Dorado made the recent move from Mt. Hope Christian to Expressions Prep in Huntington and should have rapid growth in his game.

[player_tooltip player_id='2434792' first='Marshall' last='Summers'] is an emerging wing that has moved from 35 to 19 based on our projection for his college future as well as his performances in recent events. Summers is starting to look the part physically as well to match his 6'4" frame. Summers has quite a toolbox of skills for a player his age and length and will likely start seeing considerable varsity action this season which will get some recruiting conversations going.

[player_tooltip player_id='2326132' first='Eli' last='Patton'] has moved from 33 to 25 after excellent performances and feedback this summer. His skill, in particular vision and perimeter shooting makes him ahead of the curve for many in this class. He's continued to work on his physical strength and skills versus older players for two years and has honed himself into a legit point guard prospect.

[player_tooltip player_id='2455001' first='Nykeem' last='Thompson'] might have the highest ceiling of all athletes on this list. Moving from 46 to 26, the Martinsburg guard has shown high level athleticism and speed with the ball and coupled with great vision and decision making. Thompson had most recently made some eye-popping plays at Anderson Court fall league playing with the Bulldog varsity.

[player_tooltip player_id='2434994' first='Noah' last='Evans'] had a great AAU season most notably at Myrtle Beach moving him from 50 to 43. Noah does a great job of giving his game some diversity with his willingness to get to the bucket but also pulling the trigger from deep, but has no tendency to either, which is a hard to guard trait. Evans will have a tough road to get varsity minutes for a talented Sissonville team, but don't be surprised if he isn't on the floor.
