[player_tooltip player_id='2610255' first='Wyatt' last='Brooks'] stood out as a reliable floor general, playing with solid maturity throughout the event. At 6'2", Brooks brings a steady hand to the point guard position, initiating the offense well and keeping the game flowing. His solid handles and ability to shoot from range make him a dependable player. His quickness also allows him to create space, and while he can finish at the rim, Brooks is most comfortable setting up his teammates. Expect him to play a key role for Vanguard High this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2174045' first='Carlos' last='Domenech'] (#306, Class of 2026)

One of the more polished offensive players at the event, Domenech's scoring ability was on full display. He's got a good feel for the game, showing strong handles and understanding how to create his own shot. Whether it's working off pick-and-rolls or in transition, Domenech finds ways to score. He's also a high-IQ player who knows how to exploit defenses. Though still developing, he's already shown he can put points on the board while playing solid defense.

[player_tooltip player_id='2610234' first='Charles' last='Lewis'] (#346, Class of 2025)

Lewis made his presence felt as one of the better big men at the Expo. After a quiet start, Lewis turned up the intensity in the second half, showing off his handles and ability to score off the dribble. He's got good moves around the rim and can hit the mid-range jumper, giving him a versatile scoring package. While not overpowering, Lewis has the tools to be a reliable post presence, and he's someone to keep an eye on as his game continues to grow.

[player_tooltip player_id='2610242' first='Jaiden' last='Colquhoun'] (#341, Class of 2026)

Colquhoun started the 5v5 session with back-to-back jumpers, setting the tone as one of the more confident shooters at the event. He's a natural scorer, comfortable from three, mid-range, and even finishing at the rim. Though he's not the most physically imposing player, his shooting ability and smooth offensive game make him a threat whenever he has the ball. As he continues to develop, Colquhoun could become a solid scorer at the prep level.

[player_tooltip player_id='2610252' first='Trey' last='Heagle'] (#321, Class of 2026)

Heagle, another big man, made his impact felt with his rebounding and defensive presence around the rim. At 6'3", Heagle showed that he could run the floor well and finish plays in transition. While his offensive game is still developing, he played his role well at The Expo and has the potential to play guard at the next level. For now, his ability to defend and grab boards will be his calling card.

[player_tooltip player_id='2610235' first='Christian' last='Ricks'] (#335, Class of 2026)

Ricks played with a lot of confidence and put together a solid showing at The Expo event. He consistently finished at the rim, using good speed and solid ball-handling to break down defenders. His three-point shot was reliable, and he made plenty of highlight-worthy plays throughout the event. Look for his role to extend this season as he puts together his overall game.
