The most exciting part of rankings for us all is to see a new name added. Who are they? Where are they from? What positions do they play? All questions fans and fellow players ask when the new names pop up and fuel conversation. We were able to see so much basketball and evaluate so many players that we could add a dozen new names to the top 100. Here's the newcomers of the North!

[player_tooltip player_id='2538911' first='Quinton' last='Harbert'] returns on a North Marion squad that is talented and deep. We saw Harbert and the Huskies in June during shootout season and Q really stood out immediately as a high effort high motor player on both ends. Harbert plays with alot of emotion and passion and leaves it all on the floor. Already offered by Wilmington College in OH, Quinton will be relied upon to fill alot of roles and stat categories. His play this summer landed him squarely in the top 100 at 51.

[player_tooltip player_id='2528455' first='Levi' last='Wanless'] is one of West Virginia's best kept secrets in high school basketball. Wanless took full advantage of his BlueChips Nation Hoop Summit invite and had a super performance on both ends of the floor as a point guard and floor leader. So impressive he was invited back to play on the BlueChips fall league squad and performed at a very high level his first time out against high level competition. Wanless went from virtually unheard of to ranked 63rd almost overnight.

[player_tooltip player_id='1578731' first='Baustin' last='Bowers'] has had great performances on every stage in 2024. During school season he repeatedly led his Liberty High School squad to several victories posting one of their better seasons in recent history. Bowers carried that into AAU season and despite his modest size scored the ball well in nearly every game and opportunity. Bowers picked up some D3 interest while at the BlueChips event in August and is looking to take full advantage of the attention. Baustin cracked the top 100 at 64.

[player_tooltip player_id='2506092' first='Maximilien' last='McGinnis'] is not just a new name to our database, but also a relatively new name to West Virginia. The senior at Fairmont Senior transferred in a few months ago and hit the ground running jumping on board with WV Reign Elite during the summer AAU season. McGinnis is a quality player who is in the developmental stages in parts of his game, however is established himself as a force in the paint by being a rebound and put back machine.

[player_tooltip player_id='2568596' first='Zion' last='Agyeman-Duah']appeared to us on some game streams for Martinsburg last season, however our first time seeing in person was at Anderson Court fall league when he was playing with his school team against the BlueChips squad. Zion is extremely mobile, athletic and raw from a basketball standpoint, but a prospect for the next level nonetheless given his size and GPA. We plugged Zion in at 83 for his top 100 debut.
