I rolled into Tampa on Monday morning to watch North Tampa Catholic Christian open gym runs. We'll break down the games of their top prospects and the day's standouts. I highly recommend catching them this season.

6'5 freshman Arhan Ramachandran has the scoring confidence to attack his older teammates every time he touches the ball. He uses his size to shoot over opponents in the post and hunt mismatches. Ramachandran is incredibly physical for his age and has room to grow into his frame. He plays in a phone booth, creating space with a tight, compact handle. Slight but still competitive on the defensive end. Has the making a day one contributor on a state championship hopeful?

[player_tooltip player_id='1301768' first='Caleb' last='Sanders'] has elite glue guy written all over him. The 6'7 wing is an incredibly effective two-player. He has the size and strength to guard on the wing and check some fours. A physically aggressive defender who knows how to use his body and causes deflections. Active off-ball moves and caught several putbacks throughout the get-in passing lanes. He hunts offensive rebounds to take possessions from the other team. He's really grown as a ball handler. He can comfortably attack costars and has a much improved shot off the dribble. Sanders is a versatile, talented hidden gem in the class of 2025.

6'9 Australian big Alistair Smaniotto has been sidelined with a foot injury. He plays a physical game and has the frame to significantly impact this season. Smaniotto had a chance to compete in senior-level competition while retaining his amateur status in his home country.

[player_tooltip player_id='2306300' first='Brody' last='Cuffle'] has an argument for the best pure shooter in the class. The 6'5 guard is deceptively athletic because of his playstyle. Yuo'd never expect the kick shooting beyond NBA range off movement to be a lob threat. Few players shoot with the efficiency and proliferation Cuffle has. In each game, Cuffle connected on multiple threes, never hesitating to let it fly. He's a solid rebounder for the position. Cuffle can take advantage of his athletic gifts when he has momentum or is attacking a closeout.

Vuk Jankovic is all potential. The 6'4 string bean is just coming into his body and has a six-foot-tall mother and 6'9 father to thank for it. He's long and wants to compete. He had limited reps during the scrimmage, but it's obvious there's talent there, and his best basketball will be ahead of him.
