Freshman Showcase Team 2 Evals

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Prep Hoops Missouri takes a look at the members of Team 2 from Sunday's Freshman Showcase at Chaminade. Not included on the list are those players who were selected to the All Showcase Team.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2569192' first='Asa' last='Roberts'] (MICDS): A 5'11" point guard who plays with a high level of energy. The young southpaw really kept the tempo going at a high rate; as he looked to push the ball at every opportunity. If he wasn't going on a full-court dash, he was looking up court to make the lead pass. He was also very disruptive on defense where he used his speed and quick hands to make things happen.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Luke Lindsey (Clopton): A 6'0" forward who was very impressive in the 3-on-3 games that I watched. He played with good power in the paint and he mixed in some good finesse moves with his excellent footwork. He had a very nice spin move in traffic to get himself a bucket. He also scored on a number of tough takes from the perimeter and he worked hard to get offensive rebounds and putbacks.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2194622' first='Logan' last='Chalmers'] (Chaminade): A 5'8" point guard who put a charge into the building with some impressive perimeter shooting. In the second 5-on-5 scrimmage game, the young lefty broke loose and knocked down four consecutive 3-pointers. It was pretty impressive. What was very impressive was that his teammates recognized that he had a hot hand and they kept getting him the ball. He is also a good ball handler with good quickness.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2569193' first='Braiden' last='Alford'] (CBC): A 5'11" guard who is a very talented offensive player. He is a strong ball handler who knows how to size up his defenders before breaking them down with a nice escape move. He has a nice pull up from the mid-range and he was also knocking down open 3-pointers.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Prince Nichols (Vashon): A 5'10" combo guard who is a very fluid offensive player who can score off the dribble. He would move at a slow pace to lull a defender, then hit them with a sudden burst to get to the basket. His change of pace game was very good. He also displayed an effective turnaround jumper in the mid post area.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Daris Pillipovic (Vianney): A 6'0" shooting guard who played off the ball well and did a good job of taking advantage of his opportunities. He moved well without the ball and was hitting the Corner 3-pointer. He also knocked down a few mid-range jumpers off the catch.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
