He does a great job settling his teammates down in the midst of a run by the other team the few times Blaze dealt with that but can shoot the leather off the ball. He must be picked up immediately at half court. His confidence level is high, and he has an extremely quick release on his jumper. The floor general, though only 5'9”, had no problem driving into the paint amongst the trees and finding some daylight to finish layups or kick to the corners for his shooters. He seeks out those areas of the court where he can draw defenders into his orbit and kick to teammates that get open. From a rebounding standpoint, he is extremely active on the glass and uses his body very effectively to box out and secure rebounds. He showed three level ability all weekend. His shot has a high release point, and he is able to get his shot off quickly because of his preparation and being ready on the catch. Very fluid jumper with compact and repeatable motion. What's most impressive is his motor. He is a strong finisher around the basket and is comfortable with either hand. Alty does an impressive job dragging his defender with him on a route and stopping on a dime to change direction and free up space for himself playing off screens from teammates or finding an opportunity to back cut his defender.
