He returns after producing 3.3 steals per contest during his junior season. He returns at the No. 3 spot after putting up 3.5 steals per game during his junior year. He's a speedy presence who's shown he can make his presence felt on the defensive end after averaging 3.7 steals per contest in his freshman debut. He's also an assist-man to know after appearing as a top returner and a name with a bright future in the state.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading {"level":3} --> <h3 class="wp-block-heading">1) [player_tooltip player_id='2038941' first='Trent' last='Clark'] | 6'1 Guard | North Buncombe High</h3> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Clark is an emerging name to get to know in the 2026 class in the NCHSAA 3A ranks out of North Buncombe given his prowess on the defensive end of the floor. He checks in at the top of the list of returners in steals after averaging 4.4 steals per contest.
