He is a gifted scorer who can get it done from all levels. He is really tough off the bounce, as he has a quick first step that leaves defenders playing catch-up. His trey ball was lethal as he was able to get into his shot at any time, with defenders respecting his ability to get to the cup. He was one of the few who could really create his own shot, and he added value every time he touched the rock. I would like to see him pick up the intensity on the defensive end of the court because he is just 6'0, and even though he is a bucket, he needs to have a more complete game on both ends of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='2520955' first='Sam' last='Sammartano'] (5' 11/SG/2026/Sebastian River)

IG: Samsammartano2026

X: @@SamSammartano

Sam is not the most athletic guy, but he had one of the best all-around games in the camp. He scored it well, created for his teammates, made hustle plays, rebounded, defended, and simply put, he made winning plays throughout the weekend. His technique on his jumper had me looking twice at his release, but the thing about it is that he was very productive from the perimeter. Even though he wasn't the fastest, he was able to make plays off the bounce and manufacture ways to score the rock. He is like a Swiss army knife on the court and brings so much to the game on both ends of the floor. He has to continue to work on his agility and speed.

[player_tooltip player_id='2195022' first='Jaiden' last='Martin'] (5'8/PG/2028/Winthrop College Prep)

IG: datballerj

X: @JaidenMartin11

One of the best floor generals in camp was Jaiden. He is a small incoming freshman who plays with the poise and maturity of a senior. He balances scoring and facilitating, and his production is equal when he is doing either. As mentioned, he doesn't have a lot of size but can go for huge numbers with his ability to score at all levels, and his shot creation really stood out. His ability to create for his teammates was high-level as he showed his feel and understanding of the game. As I said, he is small, something that cannot be overlooked, but he is a freshman with a little time. One thing he doesn't have to wait on is ramping up his game to be a fierce competitor on both ends of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='2525452' first='Carter' last='Kenney'] (5'7/PG/2028/Slam Tampa)

IG: carterk12_

X: @Carter_Kenney12

Carter is starting his freshman year and made his mark as being one of, if not the best, three-point shooters in camp. He is small but really skilled at a young age. He showed a lot of promise with his ability to be a reliable ball-handler, initiator of the offense, and marksman from deep. If I was doing a sniper school article for this camp, he would definitely be the face of it. The biggest question surrounding his game right now is his size and how much growth is in his future. He doesn't have that 'dog' mentality on both ends of the floor just yet, but it is something he has to have as he moves forward that will compliment his trey ball prowess.

Gavin Stechschulte (6'4/Wing/2027/Ridgeview HS)

IG: stechschultegavin

X: @GavinStech_08

Gavin has good positional size on the wing and showed his ability to be a three-point specialist. It is the part of his game that really stood out. He did not show a lot of athleticism, as he spent a lot of time playing behind the arc when I was watching. With his size, he can expand his game to be better off the bounce and a disruptive defender. He has to work on being able to create his own shot, as he showed during camp that right now, he needs others to create his opportunities. One thing that cannot be overlooked is that Gavin can get it done from deep.

Aymon S. Colten (6'1/CG/2027/Parrish Community HS)

IG: AColten434

X: @AColten434

The one thing I admired about Aymon is that out of all the 200-plus campers, he was the only camper the entire weekend who came up to me and asked me how he could get better and what I saw he needed to work on. He is a relentless two-way player who impacted the game with his competitive spirit. He shot the ball well from outside and created opportunities off the bounce. He made plays on both ends of the floor as he balanced scoring and facilitating on one end and was instinctive, getting deflections and steals on the other. He has a good IQ and feel for the game, but there are some areas of growth in his game. His shot selection, on top of his speed, are two areas that pop out when I am watching him. He has a desire to get better and is a player to keep an eye on.
