BREAKING NEWS: Owen Schlager Commits

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1865345' first='Owen' last='Schlager'], the No.16 rated prospect in our Class of 2025 rankings, just announced via his social media accounts that he has given his verbal commitment to Siena College. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Schlager chose Siena from his list of colleges which also included Loyola, Drexel, Albany, Stonehill, and Quinnipiac.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>On top of being our No. 16 ranked 2025 player, the 6'3” Schlager is ranked as a three-star recruit by Rivals.      </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The addition of Schlager will provide Siena with a guard who can hit shots at every level and from anywhere on the court. When Schlager is double teamed, his high IQ and unselfish instincts kick in, and he will move the ball to an open teammate. Despite his high volume of touches, Schlager rarely commits a turnover or forces an ill-advised shot.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>During his junior season at Trinity, Schlager averaged 23.7 points, 6.6 rebounds and 3 assists per game. Last season Schlager posted several 30-point games and was a PIAA 3A 1^st Team All-State selection. Schlager was also a 1st Team All-Mid Penn Conference selection, the All-Sentinel POY, and the Penn Live Area POY. He helped lead Trinity to a runner up finish in the 2024 District 3-3A tournament.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>In 2022-2023, Schlager pushed Trinity to the 3A state championship game where the Shamrocks fell to West Catholic.
