Grind Region Finals Part 1

Late in the second half he came up big for his team at the end with a basket and rebound to impact the win by 1 point. In this game he put up a good volume of shots being aggressive especially attacking the basket. Carson impacted this game with his tremendous hustle on both ends of floor. He challenged shots at the rim using his athleticism and length to make it difficult for the opposing team to score. Throughout the game he came away with a couple of blocks as well. The rebounding effort he had especially on defense was impressive as he battles for rebounds by boxing out most of the time when the ball is shot. He aggressively attacks the rim and pulls up from the mid-range converting on a couple of those opportunities against BTB Select 2025. Defensively he showed versatility guarding opposing players in the paint and on the perimeter. Offensively he isn't some that will take a ton of shots as he plays well within the team's offense creating opportunities for himself at the rim where he excels at. He did a very good job of finishing around the rim by converting lobs, cutting to the basket and driving to the basket with the ball in his hands. You do not want to leave him wide open on the perimeter because of his good mechanics from that area. Along with his ability to shoot he can drive to the rim using his quickness to blow past defenders. Defensively he puts pressure on the ball well as he came away with steals throughout the weekend.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
