Today we'll look at a prospect who is headed to a local D3, a prospect that will play at the Division I level in Massachusetts, a prospect that will play NJCAA ball in Texas, and one prospect heading across the country to play D2.

Rodriguez came off the board when he announced that he will attend Springfield College. A big guard with the ability to score at all three levels, Rodriguez is able to capitalize on mismatches by taking smaller guards into the post. For a true wing, he has an advanced post game and soft touch on his fadeaway jumper. His perimeter jumper remains his most impressive skill and should be what seperates him at the next level. His size and length combo should allow him to guard at least three positions. I'd expect that he'll have a chance to make an early impact at Springfield and could eventually develop into one of the better wings in the NEWMAC.

Brigham made his college plans official when he announced his commitment to the University of Massachusetts Amherst. A true post with the ability to score over either shoulder, Brigham should only continue to improve under the guidance of a Division I strength and conditioning program. He has an array of post moves and is an exceptional finished when he gets to his right hand. Most impressively, he showed an expanded offensive game this year and the ability to make shots from the perimeter. Defensively, he does a good job walling up in the post and has a high IQ that allows him to make good decisions in ball screens. His development will be fun to watch and I expect that he'll only continue to improve once he sets foot on campus in Amherst.

White will continue his basketball career on the west coast when he attends Western Washington University. A physically mature combo forward, White had a terrific season on both ends of the floor for Tabor. Offensively, he's capable of operating out of the post or on the perimeter and is a tough cover when he gets downhill. He's a good athlete with great positional size and his physicality allows him to finish through contact at the rim. Defensively, he has a high ceiling due to his versatility. He's not afraid to mix it up on the glass, can guard the ball in switches on the perimeter, and is a capable shot blocker from the help position. Making the jump to D2 always comes with some growing pains, but if he continues to improve at the rate he has over the past 12 months, I'd expect he'll make an impact sooner rather than later at WWU.

Colon will head south for college after announcing his commitment to Odessa College. Another combo forward with a versatile skillset, Colon has played at a high level the last two years and will look to continue his offensive progression when he heads to Texas. An impressive athlete that plays with a great motor, he's really started to expand his offensive game this spring, proving to be comfortable making decisions with the ball on the perimeter. His best attributes continue to be his ability to rebound on both ends of the floor and his versatility on the defensive end, where he can potentially guard every position on the floor. He'll head south with the chance to impress at the NJCAA level and continue to improve his stock with the hopes of transitioning to Division I down the road.
