There was good number of good small school programs that were represented at the Midwest Showcase in Olathe, KS. Here is a look at some of those small schools from Missouri that we watched during the weekend at the Midwest Showcase.

Montgomery County: The Wildcats were a Class 3 Final Four participant last season and they look to have the weapons to make a return trip in 2025 with a strong senior class. The inside-outside combination of 6'8" [player_tooltip player_id='1315419' first='Clayton' last='Parker'] and 6'2" guard [player_tooltip player_id='1424415' first='Andrew' last='Moore'] both had big weekends as both averaged North of 20 points a game during the event. [player_tooltip player_id='2218077' first='Tyler' last='Erwin'] is a 6'3 2025 forward who excels inside with his strength and athleticism. MoCo is still without standout point guard [player_tooltip player_id='1557470' first='Isaiah' last='Thomas'], who suffered a late-season injury, but he is expected to be back for the season, which will give the Wildcats another experienced weapon.

********

Thayer: The Bobcats are coming off back to back trips to the Final Four of the Class 3 state tournament. They will be leaning on the combo of 6'6' 2025 forward Devin Harrington and 5'9" 2025 point guard [player_tooltip player_id='1887579' first='Easton' last='Pitts']. Harrington is an excellent inside player and one of the most explosive athletes in the SWMO area. He can also rebound with the best of them. Pitts is a fearless point guard who can score and run the offense. Brandon Prince is a 6'3" 2025 small forward who was very solid throughout the weekend.

********

Harrisburg: The Bulldogs have an excellent Class 2 squad that is coming off a district championship.
