Adding new names to the rankings list is always a great thing. It means new players discovered, new readers, new opportunities and new accomplishments. We work very hard to find these players and do what we can with the information available. However, the players ranked are the ones who've typically put the real work in.

[player_tooltip player_id='2437056' first='Tyce' last='Day'] was first seen at the Bracket Sportz High School Shootout where he was playing for Morgantown Madness and hails from Morgantown Christian Academy. Tyce is an interesting combination of size, strength, finesse and skill. Tyce shoots it at a high level from deep, poses a serious post threat and has a nice game off the bounce. Posting high scores in all games he participated during the event we saw, Day was tough to slow down with being a serious mismatch for small school level opponents.

[player_tooltip player_id='2465861' first='Colton' last='Shelton'] was first seen in person at the WVU Team Camp playing with his home school Musselman Applemen. Shelton has great energy along with vision, tempo control and ability to get into the paint and create. Shelton is probably one of the lesser known in these rankings but he could likely lead this group deep into the post season. Shelton makes high efficiency and high IQ basketball plays on the regular.

[player_tooltip player_id='2452753' first='Malekhi' last='Grantham-Price'] has huge upside coming into his junior season. Playing during this AAU season with the WV Running Rebels and seeing some high level competition, Grantham-Price has shown enough to scouts to give notice.

[player_tooltip player_id='2444056' first='Aiden' last='Scheidler'] is a long and mobile wing type player who's in the Huntington High program. Look for him to see significant minutes this upcoming season and be a turn and burn guy on rebounds. Scheidler does a great job anticipating rebounds and turning up floor to find scoring opportunities for teammates. Has potential to be a great defender given his length.

[player_tooltip player_id='2449682' first='Owen' last='Good'] is not only a good point guard but a great role playing glue guy. But don't sleep on his scoring ability or he'll burn you in a second. Good shoots it well with a quick release from deep but most impressively executes some pretty finishes at the rim in a multitude of ways with either hand.

[player_tooltip player_id='2462309' first='Brody' last='Hamric'] is one of the players we're most excited to see in person. Hamric is an athletic shooting guard with bounce, shooting ability and confidence. Hamric will be the top target for every opponent's defensive strategy, but looks to have the tools to overcome and conquer in many cases.

[player_tooltip player_id='2421841' first='Taj' last='Joyce'] is no stranger to us, however since seeing him play in person in April it seems he's had a huge upward swing in performance. An athletic and great sized two sport budding star, Joyce will have a huge role in Parkersburg South's future. We'd expect him to be nightly double double.

[player_tooltip player_id='2413840' first='Glenn' last='Brown'] is simply one tough cookie. A gritty and tough defender as well as athletic enough to get by you and create buckets for himself or others. Brown provides a lot of defensive energy and effort that seems to become contagious amongst teammates. High ceiling for development and potential to be an excellent point guard/ combo guard in the near future.
