These 2028's no matter the size of the school, their status as an incoming freshman or the upcoming role they are expected to serve for next season will no doubt have a big impact and immediately. Some will have an impact because they have to, but others will find their success as they work their way into supporting roles throughout the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2444025' first='Talen' last='Muscari'] is one of the most anticipated players entering high school in the coalfield region in quite awhile. Muscari will play at the basketball-centric high school of Wyoming East. Muscari absolutely torched eighth grade opponents all season with his great use of size and scoring ability. Look for him to start for Wyoming East from day 1 as I've been told by reliable sources.

[player_tooltip player_id='2444040' first='Breck' last='Allen'] will certainly have a role with Williamstown varsity this year. Maybe not week one by we're anticipating by March he'll see the floor in meaningful minutes. Allen has enough size and ability to play at the AA level at some point in his freshman season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2444036' first='Treyson' last='Metheney'] is shaping up to be a multi-faceted point guard as he's heading into University High School this fall. The Metheney name is well known in Morgantown basketball circles and Treyson will certainly make his own mark for that name. Quick and fearless with the ball as well as shows great intensity on the defensive end.

[player_tooltip player_id='2425400' first='Joseph' last='Fenstermacher'] is already playing at a WV single A varsity level as he heads into South Harrison. Fenstermacher is always the most active player on the floor everytime we see him, does all the dirty work in the paint, runs the floor, rebounds and guards the bigs on defense. Seems like a coach's dream and we'd expect him to compete for varsity minutes immediately.

[player_tooltip player_id='2395976' first='Camden' last='Strode'] enters high school as the second biggest player in Tyler's program, next to teammate [player_tooltip player_id='2395977' first='Noah' last='Hood']. Strode is a true power forward player who will put crooked numbers in every stat category.

[player_tooltip player_id='2425399' first='Roe' last='Maston'] enters St Mary's high school possibly as the player with the most height and length. Maston will likely be relied upon to make quick progress and be in the varsity rotation by February to help with rebounding and defense considering his length.
