I watched exactly 19 15U teams.

Here are some All-Tournament performances for the weekend.

These are based on ONE/TWO games I saw of each team. These are NOT prospect rankings.

Grant Simpson 5'5" PG (2028) (Morgan Dawgs) Pictured

Grant has a quick first step and a clean handle. He was running the show, distributing the ball to his teammates; he had some nice drive-and-kick reads to his teammates out on the wing for a shot, as well as having a few dump-off passes for a layup off attacking downhill. He also had a bundle of tough finishes over taller defenders, which was impressive. He can occasionally shoot the three off the dribble and in catch-and-shoot positions.

[player_tooltip player_id='2418083' first='Damian' last='Bustos'] CG 5'10" Murrieta Mesa (CA) (Menifee Shockers 2027)

Damian was playing on and off the ball when I watched him this weekend. He does well attacking the basket, and most importantly, he showed he can play off of two feet under control, absorb contact, and finish at the rim. He's also crafty with his finishes, utilizing euro steps, hop steps, and swing-throughs. He also has a decent handle and the playmaking ability to find open teammates.

[player_tooltip player_id='1927496' first='Rey' last='Rivas'] G 5'9" Paloma Valley (CA) (Menifee Shockers 2027)

Rey is a guard who plays with urgency. On the defensive end, he had active hands and forced a couple of turnovers, which resulted in some easy buckets for him and his team. He also showed he has a steady shot from three in the catch-and-shoot game and occasionally off the dribble. Around the basket he has a good feel around the basket, utilizing floaters and even having some acrobatic finishes. Rey finished in the top 5 this weekend in scoring for 15U, averaging 17.9 ppg.

Ryan Houde CG 5'11" Great Oak (CA) (Gamepoint Inland Empire 2027)

Ryan took on the task of doing the majority of creating for his team, whether he was scoring or playmaking. With playmaking, he has a good handle and a good feel of how to put his teammates in good positions where he had some nice dump-off passes and passes to cutters in tight spaces. With scoring, he had a few nice turnaround jumpers in the mid-range. When he's attacking downhill, he has the ability to utilize a floater. He also has a decent shot catching and shooting from three. His all-around feel for the game was impressive.

[player_tooltip player_id='2423082' first='Rohan' last='Setia'] F Paradise Valley ([program_tooltip program_id='2076648' first='Peak' last='Basketball'] 15U - Omeara)

He can always find ways to put his teammates in a position to score. He is a pass-first big but has the ability to post up with his back to the basket, go to work, and score. He is active on the glass and undoubtedly plays with high energy. This weekend he had a double-double with points and assists, facilitating the fast break and having some good outlet passes. Rohan's energy and IQ on the court don't go unnoticed.
