PH NorCal has updated the 2027 class ranking. This group of prospects were put on our watch list some time ago, so we could track their development and get a look at them down the road. We've now seen them in action and they've played their way into the rankings. PH NorCal is always looking for new prospects

[player_tooltip player_id='2215140' first='Davit' last='Pachula'] 6'2 Guard, De La Salle; Lakeshow 16 Gibson
A growing body that shows a good all around skill set. He's thick enough to handle the rough play inside at the 16u level. He has good movement without the ball. No wasted dribble, pass and move. He's got a short range jumper, and can knock down open 3's on occasion. He'll run in transition, he keeps himself in good position on defense.

[player_tooltip player_id='2240574' first='Aiden' last='Thomas'] 6'2 Guard, Weston Ranch; Port City 15 3SGB
Thomas is a competitor who'll compete for minutes on the Varsity next season. He's a long arm guard with good foot speed to defend and run with ball handlers. He's a good ball handler with moves to create shot opportunities for himself, and others, he can pass. He's good on the crossover then, driving handling contact, or pulling up for short jumpers. He rebounds, pushes, passes up at the 15u level. He can hit the open 3ptr.

[player_tooltip player_id='2352722' first='Johnathon' last='Rossiter'] 6'2 SG, Lincoln, Stockton; Port City 15 3SGB
A solid body shooting guard who looks like can score points when he wants to at the 15u level. He has good handles with a solid body, and balance to drive, and handle contact for points in the paint. He has a good jump shot he can hit on the pull-up or behind the line knocking down 3's from different areas. He plays at his own pace.

[player_tooltip player_id='2136702' first='Cade' last='Taylor'] 5'10 Guard, Cardinal Newman; NBBA Elite UA Rise 15U
He's as steady as they come, no flash but blends in well to have an effect. A good ball handling and passing guard with vision. He can drive it from different angles, use the kick-out pass to spot open shooters. He'll drop open 3's along the perimeter. He keeps himself in good position to help on the defensive side of the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='2445182' first='Bentley' last='Morrow'] 6'4 Forward, Marin Catholic, NBBA Elite UA Rise 15U
He's a growing and improving prospect who needs to be a bit more aggressive, nevertheless he has a good upside to his game. Playing at his level 15u, he'll continue to develop his overall game. He's long can use a dribble or two crossing the lane extending his arms to get shots closer to the rim. He can work from the corner driving the baseline or putting up a corner 3ptr. We'll keep an eye on him.

[player_tooltip player_id='2398419' first='James' last='Perry'] 6'5 W/F, Freedom; NorCal Prep 15U
We're seeing Perry for only the second time. The long arm prospect is a good rebounder, and defender. He disrupts the passing lanes, he might get a steal, he distracts shooters with his length, and goes straight up when trying to block shots in the paint. He keeps the ball up high, with good passing from the high post, he scores a majority of his points inside. He runs the court.

[player_tooltip player_id='2228095' first='Finn' last='Bessire'] 6'2 Guard, Montgomery; NBBA Elite UA Rise 15U
He has a decent set of skills, not a stat stuffer, but does contribute at this level. He's a good ball mover, and passer, he finds cutters, and makes a good post entry pass. He got a good number of rebounds when we were watching. He put the ball on the floor for a strong drive to the left, got fouled and made his free throws. He's off the watch list we'll see more.

[player_tooltip player_id='2136796' first='Amare' last='Waterford'] 5'10 Guard, Modesto Christian; Team United 16u
He's a hard playing guard, who did well on the JV team. He's playing up an age (16). He's a good ball handler with good passing up court, and around the perimeter. He'll attack the basket if there's an opening, and will put up a jump shot if open. He runs hard filling lanes in transition, he's good in open space with good foot speed. He hit a corner 3, and gives good effort on the defensive side.
