Kurncz continued to have a statement summer with the Midwest Stampede 2027 team. He created good looks when finding or creating lanes to the rim. Kurncz, just like in Cincinnati a couple weeks ago, proved to be a very willing and effective passer. He has a very high basketball IQ.
Highlights
Travis Kelley
Travis Kelley
Kelley had a very solid Saturday. He was at his best with the ball in his hands with his solid court vision and ability to pass the ball. Kelley broke down defenders and created offensive opportunities for himself and his teammates. He plays a fearless style of basketball that helped him rebound bigger than his height.
Levi Florence
Levi Florence
Florence is a player for college coaches to keep an eye on over the next couple of years. His game has developed a ton. Florence has a strong frame and can play with both physicality and finesse. He’s a student of the game that makes good decisions with the ball and moves without it. Florence has a very high upside and should see a number by his name in the rankings.

Roberts is a very exciting young prospect. His improvement over just a month has been more than evident. Roberts really put his game and upside on display at the Shoot Out. He was very aggressive on the glass and used his frame well all day. Roberts rebounded with early positioning and he stretched the floor with his corner and wing jumper.
Ethan Trombley
Ethan Trombley
Trombley was an impact player on Saturday. He was definitely a scorer at heart and a dangerous shooter. Trombley showed that he can groove his jumper and is always a threat from behind the arc. He’s a multi level scorer that can also bury a jumper in traffic from the mid range as well as attack the rim and draw fouls, which is a big as he’s excellent from the stripe.
Boos is a player that keeps on impressing. I’d venture to say that he’s one of the most improved players in southeastern Michigan over the last calendar year. He’s an energy defender that goes all out when guarding on the perimeter. Boos is a very real threat from deep and is willing to share the ball as well.
