The PH Indiana team was out in full force this weekend were able to see hundreds of talented prospects in the gym multiple times. Here is part one of my player evaluations from The Stage.
Stowers is another long wing for KGE ’25 Williams that can be really versatile on the floor. Plays with a high IQ and is an active rebounder on both ends of the floor. Likes to use his length around the rim but is capable three point shooter as well. Lot to like with Stowers’ game.
Kalala is a 6’7 forward for EG10 2025 who was one of the more impressive bigs when it comes to pure, raw skill. Was an elite rebounder on both ends and though his post defense was excellent. Saw some potential for him to be a great pick-and-roll big man. One of the more underrated parts of his game is his ability to handle the ball in transition and go coast-to-coast.
Wells is a long guard that is still probably growing to his body. Really like the length and strength he has on the ball but would like to see a little bit of a higher motor as well as going though the defense a little bit more. Think there is a lot of upside in him to be a three-and-D type of guard as he showed a willingness to defend and attack the passing lanes. A under-the-radar 2026 guard to watch for Team Future 2026.
Highlights
Courtois is a 6’6 forward for OPS 2026 Grimm that runs the floor extremely well. Was one of the taller players I saw on the weekend at his position and thought he was one of the better ‘cutting bigs’ as well. He is an athletic rim scorer that could also become a legit rim defender in the future. Raw potential.
Highlights
Williams is a 5’9 guard for Indiana Ambition 2026 that looks to have added a little bit more height and size since the last time I watched him. Real quick feet playing on the ball and plays that floor general role well. Gets into a little bit of a hurry some time so letting the game come to him will be a key area he needs to focus on. Like his potential as a true lead guard as he gets older.
