These players demonstrated that they can score from all three levels, that they can rebound better than most, and that they can defend like their lives depend on it.
Thanks for tuning in and enjoy!
#11 – Chase Jackson – 2028 – X – Forward – Mad City Mamba’s 2028 Red
Jackson is a lengthy and athletic prospect, that plays a solid game through his athleticism. This is someone that leaves it all out on the floor, while registering a number of different stats throughout a contest because of his athletic ability. He can post near the hoop and out-jump opponents at Will. He can finish through contact and he can play some really physical defender. This weekend he held his own in his personal matchups and made the most of his chances every contest.
#1 – DJ Caldwell – 2028 – 6’3 – Forward – Chicago Demons 2028
There is a ton I can saw about DJ Caldwell but most importantly – Kid is a GAMER. He loves to be in the middle of his teams action on both sides of the floor, while being a steady producer with the ball in his hands. He has great size for his age at 6’3 and he has coordination to go along with that size, making his future potential even scarier. As long as he continues to progress at his current rate, he is going to be a household name at the high school level before you know it.
#8 – Hunter Thiel – 2028 – X – Forward – Powerhouse Sports 2028
I only had a chance to see Hunter Thiel compete once this past few days but he proved that he is someone that plays from the perimeter in, with the ability to score almost at Will near the basket. Thiel has good size and he understands situational basketball. As long as he continues to do his thing and stay confident in his work, he is going to continue to have a fantastic Spring/Summer these next few months.
#22 – Aiden Yazdan Aiden Yazdan 5'4" Northbrook Junior High School | 2029 IL – 2029 – 5’4 – Shooting Guard – NS Ballerz 2029
I am a big fan of Aiden Yazdan Aiden Yazdan 5'4" Northbrook Junior High School | 2029 IL of NS Ballers 2029. Yazdan is someone that competes and he never gets too high or too low emotionally. Instead, he stays even-keel and takes care of his assignment. He displayed this weekend that he can pass the rock at a high rate, always finding an open teammate of his up the floor. He also displayed that given adept time, he can make some buckets himself offensively.
#7 – Noah Heller – 2028 – X – Combo Guard – Powerhouse Sports 2028
Noah Heller is someone that keeps it simple and his play-style would be considered fundamental as he is out on the court performing. When Heller see’s an opening, he takes it. He is good enough to be able to catch on the perimeter, ripping the ball and getting all the way to the basket. He is also smart enough to know when he is being overplayed with the willingness to pass the ball if need be in certain situations. This weekend, all of this was on full-display.
