Shannon was a constant scoring threat, everytime I looked up this kid was either on the fastbreak looking to score at the rim or hitting another three-pointer whether he was knocking it down off the bounce or swiftly catching and shooting. Good bucket getter within the flow of the offense, Shannon proved to be a remarkable floor spacer who didn’t have to dominate the basketball to be an effective scorer, often getting open three-point attempts as the ball swung around perimeter or drive and kicks from his teammates, particularly when Shannon was in spotting up corner where his jumper was at its deadliest. Shannon showed a high level shooting ability, displaying a terrific stroke, good balanced mechanics, a consistent follow through, and a smooth release off his finger tips.
Toby Pike Toby Pike 6’8″ | C Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool | 2025 TX stood out as a true stretch-four with excellent floor spacing instincts, consistently knowing when to move and relocate him out of pick-and-roll or pick-and-pop situations. Easton Hupp Easton Hupp 6’5″ | SG Argyle Liberty Christian | 2025 State TX played with great intelligence and an excellent feel for game. His playmaking capabilities were on full display as Hupp broke down defenses with court vision and floor awareness. He read the defense and anticipated plays with great patience and poise never rushing his decisions as he surveyed the court, waiting for the right moment to make a pass or drive to the basket where he could finish through contact or pump his defender off their feet for an open layup. He delivered accurate throws from various angles, making overhead hook and bounce passes through tight closing windows that led his teammates to open looks at the basket. Easton looks prepped for breakout summer, showing the versatility to excel tremendously at either guard position.
