Let’s dive more deeper into the roster.
Ben Pritzl | 2029 | 6’0” | Guard/Wing | DeForest (WI) | Wisconsin Swing |
Ben was a top prospect and performer from the event, earning him All-Camp Team from a prior article. Good size for a young guard, coupling that with elite athleticism and movement, Ben is one to watch in Wisconsin in the coming years.
Jonny Sheehy | 2029 | 5’11 | G/Forward | Minnesota |
Jonny just found ways to make plays on both ends. Solid size, frame, and adequate all around skills. Hit shots and scored in the paint. Rebounded the ball, contested shots, and was given tough assignments defensively because of his all around size, frame, alertness, energy, and effort. A versatile defender that can also step out and shoot the trey.
Joel Lopez | 2029 | 5’5” | Guard | St. Mary’s | ECI |
Lopez showed a solid skill-set to make the necessary and open play. Good handle, shooting stroke, and passing ability. A great decision-maker as a passer and smart shot selection. Could get into the lane and show off a float game.
Giovanni Horton | 2029 | 5’6” | Point Guard | Valley Middle School (MN) | Jsizzles
Horton was an All-Camp Team performer from the Middle School Camp. He controlled things from the point guard spot. Handles the ball at an elite level, controlling pace and dictating the action. He showed he can shoot the three and score going downhill at the hoop. Got to the hoop with his handle and body control. One of my favorite prospects from the event, as I appreciated his approach and point guard play.
William Arnett | 2030 | 4’11” | Guard | South Jr High (MN) | Midwest Elite |
The lefty guard was an aggressive three-point shooter and got after it defensively. Flew around on D and couldn’t be given space to get his shot off. Put his body on the line to create turnovers.
Larry Tisby III | 2030 | 5’0” | Guard | South Canton Charter (MI) | Common Bond UAF |
Tisby was a high effort prospect that didn’t stop. Got his nose in the action, and worked hard for his team to earn the ball and extra possessions. He was playing tight coverage, passing lanes, and digging for steals.
JaKobe Wyatt | 2031 | 5’3” | Guard | Hopkins (MN) | All Iowa Attack |
The young guard is very skilled considering his age. Can perform all the handling moves and can create his own three and knockdown difficult threes that he makes look easy. I think he blossoms into a stud prospect that has a ton of offensive firepower and lethal is from deep. Already an advanced shooting stroke.
