March Update: Prep Hoops 2025 New Additions

Prep Hoops Arkansas has new additions to the prospect rankings that are going to be highlighted. The class of 2025 is a talented group, and we are going to look at a few of the prospects that have made a debut on the rankings.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2375081' first='Roderick' last='Williams']-Small Forward-Magnolia-6'6”</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2375081' first='Roderick' last='Williams'] is a forward that has a high motor on both ends of the court. He is a player that will battle in the paint and work for the points. Williams does a great job hitting from just about everywhere on the court. Over the course of the 2023 basketball season, Williams earned all-conference, all-state, conference player of the year, and all-tournament honors. He is a player that had an excellent season, and I would look for the same level of play on the club circuit this summer.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2376828' first='Rafael' last='Thomas']-Combo Guard-Batesville-6'0”</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>During the season, [player_tooltip player_id='2376828' first='Rafael' last='Thomas'] put on display impressive shooting performances several times. He can connect on shots with impressive consistency and hit from all areas of the court. Thomas is a pesky defender that can pressure opposing guards into making mistakes with the basketball. Thomas is a prospect to watch out for over the course of the next season. He is a player that can have impact on both ends of the floor.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2300103' first='Jon' last='Nicholoson']-Small Forward-Riverview-6'1”</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Nicholoson is a player for Riverview that has impressive range as a shooter. He can step out and hit with consistency on the deep ball. He is an active player on both ends of the court for Riverview. Nicholoson does a nice job of keeping his hands active and pressuring opposing players into making mistakes with the basketball. He is a player with the potential to have a strong summer season this upcoming season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2300067' first='Elijah' last='Wilhelm']-Center-Bentonville-6'9”</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Wilhelm is one of the more impressive post players in the state of Arkansas. He has a way of racking up the double doubles for the Bentonville Tigers. He will battle for rebounds and does a great job of producing in the paint on both ends of the floor. Wilhelm is an active defender and can force opposing post players into taking bad shots. He is a prospect to watch out for over the course of the summer. I expect a strong 2024 season from the talented Bentonville center.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
