Vianney vs. Sikeston
This is one of the main games hoop fans will have their eyes on. A home game for Vianney, expect the gym to be full of yellow, however, Sikeston tends to travel well. This game has matchups across the board. PJ Farmer and Luke Walsh Luke Walsh 6'2" | SG Vianney | 2025 State #374 Nation MO are two of the best in 2025. Dontrez Williams Dontrez Williams 6'5" | SG Sikeston | 2024 State #236 Nation MO and Eddie Smajic Eddie Smajic 6'5" | SF Vianney | 2026 State MO are both highly regarded wings in their respective classes. There’s also a 7 foot battle on the interior between Symon Ghai Symon Ghai 7'3" | C Vianney | 2026 State MO and Trace Sadler Trace Sadler 7'0" | PF Sikeston | 2025 State MO . A game that’s sure to bring excitement and be sold out.
Cardinal Ritter vs. Eureka
These are two teams that have a totally different style of play. Eureka will control pace, slow the game down, and run offense. Cardinal Ritter on the other hand plays with tons of energy and subs in players by the group. Each team has a number of key seniors and this will be a game with lots of experience on the floor by both ball clubs. The host site is Eureka, one of the larger gyms for these sectional games. A game of different styles.
Hickman vs. Oak Park
This one is going to be a battle. Oak Park has been the favorite to win state for quite some time and Hickman is going to apply pressure. Both teams have experienced PGs who have played tons of minutes in their career. This one will come down to guard play but don’t count out Brock Camp Brock Camp 6'6" | PF HIckman | 2025 State MO as an x-factor. The 6’7 big for Hickman gives them a potential matchup problem on the glass. He has been playing well this playoff run.
John Burroughs vs. Park Hills Central
John Burroughs is a team that seems to be ahead of schedule. Their team is built around a young frontcourt that can take over games and use size to their advantage. Park Hills Central is the total opposite. They have senior guards that run the show. These teams couldn’t be any different. These usually make for the best matchups. It’s a home game for John Burroughs but expect Park Hills Central to travel well.
Father Tolton vs. Logan-Rogersville
Ever since Aaron Rowe Aaron Rowe 6'2" | PG Father Tolton | 2025 State #17 Nation MO transferred back to Tolton they’ve been labeled as one of the favorites in this class. He’s one half of a great backcourt alongside Zay Wilson. Tolton has gotten major contributions from emerging forwards as well this season. Logan-Rogersville is well coached and sits at 26-3 to this point. It’s also a home game for them. Could Tolton be on upset alert? We think so. 2027 Chase Branham Chase Branham 6'3" | PG Logan-Rogersville | 2027 State MO is a player who can make a name for himself.
