A recap of the Class 6 boys championship game between Chaminade and Cardinal Ritter.

Ryan Johnson captures his 3rd title in three different classes.

Johnson has been building this Cardinal Ritter program the right way over time. He's a coach who gameplans extremely well and knows how to win with his back against the wall. One of the best playoff coaches in recent memory. His team was incredibly disciplined and connected on the defensive end. This side of the ball was what propelled them to a win. Winning a Class 6 title has really cemented his legacy as a coach in the St. Louis area.

[player_tooltip player_id='1273888' first='Nashawn' last='Davis'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1427988' first='Quenton' last='Parker'] showcase their value as unsigned seniors.

Davis was an unstoppable force in transition all night long. The 6'5 senior wing is somebody that can help a program and bring upside if developed properly. He's long and active all over the floor. An explosive jumper who had a poster dunk in the 2nd half. He plays passing lanes and crashes the glass. Tons of upside and a proven winner. Parker is another guy who we highlighted earlier in the week as a top performer. Western New Mexico and Missouri Southern have offered to this point. This is about the level he's going to slot in at. A high level Division 2 player who could potentially earn a Division 1 look at the right program.

Jamo White shows signs of stardom for next season.

White scored half of Chaminade's points and had to work hard for these contributions. He was excellent as a straight line driver, offensive rebounder, and cutter. He keeps the game simple and knows that the paint is where he can do a ton of damage. At 6'7 he's a very good shot blocker as well. White is a utility player with high-major upside. There's no question that he's going to be one of, if not, the guy at Chaminade moving forward.

Chaminade returns their entire core.

This is a team that had one senior. Expect for them to be back next season and look for revenge vs. Cardinal Ritter or another top program. It's a team who gets nearly 100% of their production from sophomores and juniors. Chemistry was built and roles will only become more defined over time. [player_tooltip player_id='1446576' first='Jonny' last='Jordan'], Jamo White, and Jahadi White Jr, and [player_tooltip player_id='1419870' first='Ben' last='Winker'] all hold Division 1 offers. [player_tooltip player_id='1424396' first='Collin' last='Perry'] was their most consistent and productive player as a 2025. Collin Keller is one of the best shooters in St. Louis. Tricey Collins had a strong state tournament bringing speed to the floor as well. Frank Bennett has a core for the future.
