With the recent update of the class of 2024 rankings, we will take a look at how the rankings are broke down by position.

Here's a look at part two of the top wings in the class, ranking #15-#6 of the top shooting guards and small forwards in the senior class.

15) [player_tooltip player_id='1260007' first='Reece' last='Hagy'] | 6'7” SF | Miller School (#39 Overall)

The Air Force commit is one of the few returners on a Miller School team that is favorites to win a state championship, and his versatility has been a big reason for their success this year. He plays all over the floor for them, he shoots the ball at a very high clip and he is a smart defender who uses his length to challenge shots and get deflections.

14) [player_tooltip player_id='1489071' first='Kolier' last='Pruett'] | 6'4” SG | Narrows (#38 Overall)

Pruett may be from a small market and doesn't get the love that players in big cities do, but he can flat out hoop and has been one of the top players in the state the last few years. He's a highly skilled wing who can knock it down from deep and handle the ball, he's an athletic finisher and defender and he can make others on his team better too.

13) [player_tooltip player_id='1580719' first='Mekai' last='Johnson'] | 6'5” SG | Bishop Ireton (#37 Overall)

The St. Joe's commit is likely too low on this list, as the 6'5” wing has improved over the past few years to be one of the top players in the entire state. He is impressive both physically and athletically as he can get downhill and finish at the rim, he can knock down shots at a high clip from deep and he is a good rebounder and defender as well.

12) [player_tooltip player_id='2333803' first='Tyler' last='Pelkey'] | 6'3” SG | Episcopal (#33 Overall)

Pelkey is a new name in the NOVA area that has quickly become one of the best all-around wings in the area. He's a strong two guard who can get downhill and has great footwork as a finisher, he moves well off the ball and can knock down shots and he's crafty off the bounce with a good handle and great IQ as a playmaker too.

11) [player_tooltip player_id='1236440' first='Alex' last='Chaikin'] | 6'4” SG | Trinity Episcopal (#32 Overall)

The Lafayette commit has steadily gotten better over the past few years, and he's having a huge senior season as the leader for this TES team. He's one of the top shooters in the Richmond area with effortless range and great form, he works well off the ball and sets his feet quickly and he has great feel and understanding of how to get open and get his shot off.

10) [player_tooltip player_id='1489060' first='Alejandro' last='Ford'] | 6'5” SF | Woodberry Forest (#30 Overall)

Ford is the second Air Force commit on this list, and he'll fit in well there with his versatility at his size and ability to impact the game across the board. He can handle the ball and make plays for others, he can cut off the ball and get to the rim, he can make shots from deep and he is a good rebounder as well.

9) [player_tooltip player_id='1489067' first='Jordan' last='Watlington'] | 6'4” SF | Menchville (#29 Overall)

Watlington is one of the most underrated players in the 757, and he's showing that with a big senior season at Menchville showing his ability to do a little bit of everything. He's excellent on the ball with the ability to get downhill where he can make plays for himself or others, he's a high motor and athletic defender and he's a very good rebounder for his position too.

8) [player_tooltip player_id='1489035' first='Markus' last='Robinson'] | 6'2” SG | Blue Ridge (#28 Overall)

Robinson is part of a very deep and talented Blue Ridge team, and while he can get overshadowed at times he also can take over games for them too. He is a super talented shot maker who is efficient from deep and in the midrange, he can great footwork working off the ball to get open and get into his shot and he has a good IQ and makes the right play consistently.

7) [player_tooltip player_id='1260002' first='Kameron' last='Tinsley'] | 6'7” SF | Cave Spring (#24 Overall)

Tinsley has developed into one of the best players in the western part of the state and should see more colleges recruiting him toward the end of the year. The 6'7” lefty is long and a good athlete who gets deflections defensively, he's a very good shooter both from deep and in the midrange and he can get downhill and use his size to finish at the rim too.

6) [player_tooltip player_id='1759704' first='My'Kel' last='Jenkins'] | 6'5” SF | Woodside (#17 Overall)

Jenkins is one of the most talented players in the state and it's ridiculous he doesn't have more attention from college coaches. He checks the boxes physically and athletically to be able to play at the division one level, and he has a lot of game to go along with it. He can play on the ball and create shots in transition and in the half court, he can knock down shots from deep and is deadly in the midrange and he's able to make others better with the ball in his hands too.
