The Cavaliers won the Class 1A State Championship a year ago over Scott’s Branch HS 63-41. The Cavaliers will look to repeat again this year.
Senior guard DJ Harvey DJ Harvey 5'10" | PG Christ Church | 2024 State SC leads the way. Harvey the Class 1A Player of the Year is averaging 13.2 ppg, 5.4 rebounds and 4.3 assists this season. Harvey has scored 1,019 career points while grabbing 499 rebounds and dishing out 383 assists.
The Cavaliers have some good balance in the starting lineup. Junior left-handed wing player Adam Brown Adam Brown 6'3" | SG Christ Church | 2025 State SC chimes in at 12.1 ppg while senior guard Jackson Fagan Jackson Fagan 6'0" | PG Christ Church | 2024 State SC adds 11 ppg a night. Reid Hipp Reid Hipp 6'5" | PF Christ Church | 2026 State SC will provide some work down in the paint after averaging 8.1 ppg and 8 rebounds this season. Sophomore combo guard Jonathan Perry Jonathan Perry 6'0" | CG Christ Church | 2026 SC chips in with 7 ppg.
North HS (26-3)
Head Coach – Keith Parks (49-21) – 3rd year
The Eagles have won 16 games in a row while averaging 72.3 ppg this season. One of the Eagles losses came to Bethune-Bowman early in the season 70-68.
Junior guard Stetson Stack Stetson Stack 5'10" | CG North | 2025 State SC leads the way for the Eagles on both sides of the court. Stack is averaging 21 ppg, 5.4 rebounds, 4.6 steals and 3.6 assists this season. Stack currently has 1,183 career points.
The Eagles will get plenty of balance scoring from Ashton Jamison Ashton Jamison 5'9" | SG North | 2026 SC 10.7 ppg, Amaveon Calloway Amaveon Calloway 5'7" | PG North | 2024 State SC 10 ppg, Kashannon Strobert Kashannon Strobert 6'6" | PF North | 2024 State SC 8.6 ppg, 6.3 rebounds and Senior Tyler Robinson Tyler Robinson 6'2" | SF North | 2024 SC 8.3 ppg and 6.8 rebounds.
Bethune-Bowman HS (16-6) vs Cross HS (23-5) 8:00 P.M. – Monday

The Mohawks are located in Orangeburg County and just 28 miles away from North HS. The Mohawks will rely on a committee to score the ball. Junior Bryson Robinson Bryson Robinson 6'4" | SF Bethune-Bowman | 2025 State SC 11.8 ppg, 7.3 rebounds, Senior Derik Simon 11.3 ppg and Sophomore forward Terrance McFadden Terrance McFadden 6'4" | PF Bethune-Bowman | 2026 State SC 10.9 ppg. Senior undersized post player Jaylin Avinger and sophomore Tijay Elliot will look to contribute to the lineup.
Cross HS
Head Coach – Chaquain Boone
The Trojans defeated Carvers Bay HS 63-60 on the road to advance to the Lower State Championship Game. Cross HS is located in Berkeley County.
Caden Ramsey Caden Ramsey 6'5" | PF Cross | 2026 State SC leads the way for the Trojans. Ramsey a football prospect in the fall is currently averaging 17.7 ppg and 10.6 rebounds this season.
Guard Jamez Way Jamez Way 6'1" | CG Cross | 2024 State SC is averaging 15.8 ppg, 4.3 steals and 4.2 assists this season. Forward Micah Flute Micah Flute 6'7" | PF Cross | 2025 State SC is a RAW talent who clocks in at 5.9 ppg and 8.4 rebounds a night. Preston Fuller will be another name to look out for on this Trojans roster. Fuller is currently averaging 8.1 ppg and 4.9 rebounds this season.
