Senior Center Sahil Kapadia had an outstanding game against West Springfield in a game that Thomas Jefferson controlled throughout. Sahil did great work inside all games, finishing with 23 points. Sahil had a handful of blocks in a game West Springfield sometimes struggled to score. Thomas Jefferson is a good defensive team, and Sahil’s length and overall defensive prowess in the paint are a big reason.
Woodson had a huge offensive game against Annandale, and Junior G/F Noah Limbago Noah Limbago 6’2″ | SF WT Woodson | 2025 State VA had his best game of the season. Noah Limbago Noah Limbago 6’2″ | SF WT Woodson | 2025 State VA doesn’t necessarily have eye-popping stats this year, but he is super important for Woodson. Noah does a lot of things well and is a good athlete. But what Limbago did against Annadale showed up on the box score in a big way. He shot the lights out of the ball from 3 and had a highly efficient 29-point performance. Noah had a couple of nice dunks in the 4th quarter that kind of seemed like it ended the game if the game wasn’t over already.
Max Lawson
Max Lawson
Max Lawson had a nice start to the game for Riverside. Max was not much of a factor for a large part of the second quarter and early in the third quarter, but he had a massive finish to the game. Max was paramount in Riverside pulling away in this game, and he had a couple of steals and layups that sealed the game for Riverside. Max is a skilled driver with a good handle and a jump shooter. Max led all scorers with 20 points.
Josh Ntiamoah
Josh Ntiamoah
Josh Ntiamoah started the second half after not starting at the start of the game, and the move paid off. He was great in the second half, playing at his own pace and having some excellent finishes around the basket. He is a true point guard and makes the right play a lot. Josh finished with 10 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists.
Mason Ridgeway
Mason Ridgeway
Mason Ridgeway is smooth and always in control. He did not have a huge start to this game but picked it up late. He had some nice drives in this game and an and 1, along with a few other buckets; that was the start of Riverside taking over this game. Mason was active on defense as well. He finished with 18 points and 7 rebounds.
Omar Abushan had an outstanding game Vs. Riverside. He dominated the glass and got much of his offense off offensive rebounds. Omar is only 6 ‘ 3, and he’s always outworking bigger guys in the paint. Omar is strong, relentless, and a good finisher. He had a double-double and was a huge reason why Stone Bridge stayed in this game.
