Here were the Freshman and sophomore Forward Standouts from the week
Austin Ouko Austin Ouko 6'6" | SF Bella Vista Prep | 2026 State AZ Bella Vista Prep (Pictured)
A good looking wing forward is a newcomer for me. He can hit the catch three, get downhill using his right or left hand and is a sneaky good passer. He is a fluid player who moves well to defend in space with his length and athleticism.
Elijah Summers-Livingston Elijah Summers-Livingston 6'7" | PF Basha | 2026 State AZ Basha
A long and athletic power forward can post up and quickly spring up to dunk. He will score on put backs, in-traffic layups, lob dunks and had one impressive ball fake into a dunk after two steps from the free throw line. He gobbles up all rebounds in his area and will block shots.
Malakhai Moore-Neal Malakhai Moore-Neal 6'3" | SF Phoenix Christian | 2026 State AZ Phoenix Christian
One of the most athletic players in the entire AIA is a true ball hawk. He moves his feet about as well as you can and pesters his opponents from scoring. He will close out to shooters, block shots high above the rim and collect steals in the passing lanes. He scores on offensive rebound put backs, contested layups and seems to catch everything near him.
Kingston Porch Kingston Porch 6'6" | SF Eduprize | 2026 State AZ Eduprize
A long wing can hit the catch three and will defend. He uses his size and length to pester his opponents from scoring and will even take a charge. He is a glue player for the CAA top team.
Baba Sow Baba Sow 6'8" | SF Bella Vista Prep | 2027 State AZ Bella Vista Prep
One of the longest non post players in the class is very fluid. He is a high level athlete who can jump above the box to rebound the ball. He takes super long strides to get to the basket and he is a decent passer. He can defend on the perimeter and inside with his size and length.
AJ Harris AJ Harris 6'5" | SF Canyon View | 2026 State AZ Canyon View
A long wing forward makes it hard to score on him with his length and athleticism. He rebounds well in his area and will block shots. He can score with a drop step and step out and shoot the three.
Jase Benjamin Jase Benjamin 6'1" | SF San Tan Charter | 2027 State AZ San Tan Charter
A hyper athletic wing forward cleans the glass with his strong frame and bounce. He will score with ball fakes into a mid-range pull-up, offensive rebound put backs and alley-oop dunks. The rare above the rim athletic freshman.
