In this installment we take a look at a few sleepers in each classification that could be a Dark Horse title contenders.

6A

Herriman

The reason Herriman is a Dark Horse among some of the other teams that might be favovered like Lehi, Layton, American Fork and Corner Canyon is because they have a little bit of everything at every position that can either help them matchup up or handle size that they might face.

Guards

[player_tooltip player_id='1115963' first='Ike' last='Palmer'] is a big guard that can score at all three levels and he will do work on a little guard and he has gotten quicker off the move and bounce to get buy defenders his size.

[player_tooltip player_id='1278442' first='Carlo' last='Mulford'] is a very skilled PG that can do what is needed from him to win some games. He can defend those quick little guards but he can also put pressure on teams with his ability to create.

Forwards

[player_tooltip player_id='1384539' first='Malcom' last='Johnson'] has really embraces the forward position and it has open up the posibilities to play even more positions at the next level. Here at the high school level he could go into the paint and dow work.

[player_tooltip player_id='1369726' first='Cale' last='Barclay'] has been able to use that shooting, especially in the corners but he also mixes things up inside and he has put on a lot of muscle.

Overall

Herriman has an opportunity to really make the next move in this culture shift. They have the team and players to really take it to the next level.

Davis

The Darts have been playing with some added energy as of late.

Guard Play

[player_tooltip player_id='1272410' first='Coleman' last='Atwater'] has been playing at an elite level. With his lead guard skills and shooting ability he really puts a ot of pressure on the defense because he will find open players when teams help.

[player_tooltip player_id='1548404' first='Ike' last='Morgan'] has had some good games but Davis could squeeze a little more out of him. He needs to start hitting at least 2 three-pointers a game to get to that other level.

Forwards

[player_tooltip player_id='1534951' first='Zach' last='Fisher'], although Fisher at the next level is likely a 3 he has to play big at the high school level and if he knows when to pull bigs out and when to take smaller defenders inside he can get the most out of his skill set.

[player_tooltip player_id='1057031' first='Easton' last='Ralphs'], rebounding and defending is what he needs to excel at and clean up anything inside. He could be a huge role in some big upsets and wins.

5A

Springville

Springville has some really solid players that can score, they have one of the premier big men in the state and they have a few athletes. They have not peaked yet and they could surprise someone for sure.

The Big Fella

[player_tooltip player_id='1278439' first='Jamyn' last='Sondrup'] is built for the next level. His scoring ability when he trails is nice and is only getting better. He can do damage in the paint and on the glass. He still has room to develop.

Shooters

[player_tooltip player_id='1278449' first='Mason' last='Hansen'] has been known to be a good shooter, he has added a lot more to his bag but he is still a knockdown shooter for sure.

Andfew Miller is an athlete but he can step outside and let it fly. If he is on from deep this team could be major trouble.

4A

Logan

If Logan can keep their opponents under 60 points they have a high percentage of winning those games. they have a fewe players they can turnt to for scoring and they have some really good signature wins/.

Top Players

[player_tooltip player_id='2311800' first='Jordan' last='Child'] is as good a SF as they come and that is regardless of classification. He is a double-double machine. Jaylen Argyle and [player_tooltip player_id='2307950' first='Will' last='Parkinson'] have also been studs this year and team is going to be a tough out.

Snow Canyon

Snow Canyon could be a sleeping Giant and with [player_tooltip player_id='1384536' first='Owen' last='Mackay'] looking healthy and playing care free this team could easily beat some higher seeded teams. Mackay is athletic but he can shoot the ball and play defense. He is getting some really good support from his teammates too. Drey Smith and Owen Iloa have had some elite moments. If this team can put it all together for 4 quarters they could surprise anyone.

In this installment we take a look at a few sleepers in each classification that could be a Dark Horse title contenders.
