Big move for Jacksonville University in keeping this kid home. The 6-6 senior forward has the body frame and skills sets to be an early producer in the Atlantic Sun Conference. Arias has helped his team to a 10-5 start while averaging 14.0 PPG, with 5.8 rebounds, and 2.5 assists to add. He’s an athletic and physical prospect that can score near the rim but also be a playmaker and show off his jumper.
Highlights
Wilson is doing all he can to show he’s the real deal. He’s averaging nearly 20 PPG with a glass cleaning 9.0 rebounds per game with 4.2 assists and 3.1 steals on the defensive end. As you can tell, that’s a ball player that’s been putting in the work. Wilson is a solid scoring threat on the offense who can crash the boards on both ends.
Consistency is what separates Daniels from many other prospects. He’s continued to provide solid scoring for Gibbs this season who is off to an 11-1 start. An undersized DOG at the guard position that’s hard to stop. The 2025 PG prospect out of Gibbs HS received a recent offer from Georgia Southern for his performances to start the season. He is a rising junior averaging 19.2 PPG with 4.6 assists on a talented Gibbs squad. Keep your eyes on this kid as he’s proving to be a consistent scoring threat.
2023 stats: 17.8 PPG – 8.1 rebounds – 2.1 stealsThe 6’5 wing product made a recent move to King High where he’s had the opportunity to provide consistent scoring around the basket, solid rebounding, and hounding defense for the Lions program. Tough start to the season for his squad but Barnett is leading his team in multiple categories. Impressed with his ability to score the rock and play at the rim.
I was eager to see how Rodriguez would perform throughout the Lakeland Holiday Hoops Fest tournament. The 6-5 senior had all eyes on him he even took to the court. He’s averaging nearly 30.0 PPG this season and I can see why. He has the obvious long frame for a guard at this level but his understanding of how to get to the foul line was next level. He was for sure in my Top 3 scoring threats of the weekend, and I left impressed with his ceiling for the next level.
