A dual-threat wing attacker, Braedon is an NAIA dream. Great height for the 2/3. Soft touch. Handles enough to get to the rim on almost any NAIA guard or forward. Rebounds with an admirable hunger. Coachable.

In the fall, [player_tooltip player_id='2199646' first='Braedon' last='Kelley'] competed at two off-season camps, first the @PrepHoops 250 Expo followed by the @PrepHoopsTN NBA_Style Combine. He was pretty good at the former and exceptional at the latter. You can read his full eval from the combine below.

“Very, very athletic. Very long. Can finish well around the rim,” said Coach Leftway. “Can shoot it a little bit, but his biggest attribute is his defense. He is able to slide his feet, is able to play on bigs but he is also to guard the guards. Really versatile. Really versatile.”

Coach Leftway projects that Kelly can play in college. “Yeah, I think so. At least at the JuCo level, I think he will be a really good two-way player,” said Coach Leftway. “Like I said once he develops his shot more it will take him to the next level, but for now he is really versatile.”

Great day. Braedon delivered the Play of the Day, dunking during a halfcourt drill. Kelly competed just a month back at the PrepHoops Expo in Bartlett, TN. He was above average there, but suffered a minor ding and did not get to finish the event. Sunday in Franklin, Tennessee, Braedon did everything just right. He attacked the rim. He took the open three and hit them. Kelly's eagerness to use his strength on the drive or in traffic is encouraging. He was often attacking guys his size or bigger and he still managed to get up a good look.

The speed and quickness impressed, especially for a 6-foot-5 guard. Braedon Kelly posted a 3.16 second sprint and a 12.22 second lane agility time.

Physical specimen. Taveon began starting for the Feet back in his sophomore season. He was already an elite guard rebounder and plus defender back then. He matured into a competent shooter and elevated his already serviceable slashing to good by his junior year. Now a senior, Comage is doing a lot of everything for Webb: 17.4 ppg, 5.1 rpg, 3.4 apg, 2.4 spg, 2.3 TOpg.

Cumberland University offered him awhile back and they are actively recruiting him. Columbia State University is also an outstanding offer for the versatile, physical guard.

#100 [player_tooltip player_id='1678698' first='Cooper' last='Abner'] (Westmoreland)

Cooper's basketball savvy is unmatched in middle Tennessee. Good footwork, elite shooting touch. Blossoming as a face-up 3/4. Rebounds among the best in 2A statewide. Defends without fouling. Kind of a more post-developed Matt Harpring (NBA-retired).
