Wright has been in less Missouri headlines because of playing on a post-grad team. With that being said, he has started to gain traction in terms of recruiting as of late. SIU Carbondale offered after a strong scoring game within the past month. The electric scoring guard has tools to get buckets from all three levels. He’s a great mid-range player and someone that has a crafty approach around the rim. Wright is the younger brother of Rhode Island guard, Always Wright.
Nicholson has been doing it all this season. He had a 50 point game and reached 2000 total points this past week. The Ash Grove product plays with a very high skill level and Drury recognized these abilities, signing him to play next season. Nicholson was a preseason all-state selection of ours and he’s more than on track. The senior has a chance to be the Class 2 Player of the Year.
Johnson is a big of a hidden gem on the southside of St. Louis. He’s a dynamite athlete at 6’7 and can make game changing plays above the rim. He leads his team in points, rebounds, and blocks all while being the focal point of opposing scouting reports. Johnson can fulfill a variety of roles and defends the rim well. He’s a high upside prospect that will develop in the right college program.
Walker has been a big reason for the Springfield Central winning season up to this point. He does all the things you expect from a traditional big while providing the skill-set of a forward. He can stretch the floor at 6’6 and rim-roll dunking everything he can in the process. Walker is a powerful jumper off two feet and has very good hands. A very productive player who has without a doubt been a stock riser.
Moss is a polished scorer who’s making noise out of Lexington. His scoring touch goes beyond just scoring on the perimeter. He’s a blur going towards the rim and will finish over rim protectors. He’s very aggressive and looks to find his shot in the halfcourt. Moss has the ultimate green light and his game has shined as a result. The 2025 player is one of the biggest sleepers in the class.
