Chaminade vs. Vashon (January 30th)
A blue-blood matchup in Missouri. These two teams are always among the best and send players to the next level each year. They’ve played each year recently and this year the game will be held at Vashon. The Wolverines are hot at the moment dominating in-state teams. Chaminade on the other hand has gotten back on track with two straight wins. This one is sure to have a packed crowd and storylines to follow.
Kickapoo vs. Springfield Central (January 30th)
The battle of Springfield. These are the two top programs in that region of the state currently. A game with major Class 6 seeding and power rankings implications. They each play a vastly different brand of basketball. Kickapoo is methodical, relies on their skill, and will try to drag the game out. Springfield Central on the other hand will look to use athleticism to their advantage and make this game a track meet. There will be a number of dynamic players on the floor in this one.
Vianney vs. Lindbergh (January 30th)
The third and final big game of this packed Tuesday night is a contest between two great teams just minutes from each other. The game will be held at Lindbergh and it’s sure to be a packed out gym. Vianney is an explosive offensive team who have been up and down this past month. Lindbergh on the other hand has remained strong and shown consistency. Each team will be looking to make a statement and this one is sure to have lots of media coverage.
Schuyler County vs. Putnam County (January 31st)
This is an underrated game between two teams who are having dream seasons in Class 2. Schuyler County is 16-2 with an average margin of victory of 22 points. Putnam County on the other hand is 15-2 with similar stats and an even more explosive offense. It’s rare you see two teams with these types of records playing this late in the season. A massive Class 2 District 6 game as we head into February.
St. Mary’s vs. New Madrid County Central (February 3rd)
When you talk about two dominant teams this season each program would be at the top of the list. St. Mary’s has had momentum since their opening game and never looked back. NMCC is looking to repeat as Class 3 champions and stand at 17-1. These two teams have a combined record of 38-2. It’s also a big matchup between
