2024 Prospects to Watch in the Passaic County Tournament

The Passaic County Tournament starts off on Thursday and has plenty of prospects that can have big tournaments, especially in the 2024 class. Here are the 2024 prospects to watch in the Passaic County Tournament.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1456837' first='Saif' last='Al-Deen Saleh'], 6'8 C Clifton</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Al-Deen Saleh has been a force for the Mustangs all season long as he has a double-double in every game this season. The 6'8 post plays with good footwork down low and has a good touch around the basket. Al-Deen Saleh rolls hard to the basket off screens and has a high release on his jumper. He is tough to box off the boards and swats almost everything around the basket. The Maine football commit has a strong frame, which he uses to get position down low and finishes nicely around the rim. Clyburn rarely forces shots in the halfcourt and sets strong screens in the halfcourt. He fights for rebounds on both ends of the floor and uses his athleticism to make plays on defense. The 5'11 guard has a nice handle, which he uses to beat his defender and finish around the rim. Apicella can also score in the mid-range and rarely forces shots in the halfcourt. He can find his open teammates in the halfcourt and moves well without the ball in his hands. The 6'0 guard has a quick first step, which he uses to blow by his defender off the bounce and can finish in a number of ways around the rim. Gee has a nice touch on his floater and can also make opponents pay for giving him space behind the arc. He can also play off the ball and uses his quick hands to get a deflection on defense. The 5'7 guard uses his handle to create separation from his defender and rarely gets rattled by on-ball pressure. Mcqueen threads passes to his open teammates and finishes nicely around the basket. He has a nice release on his jumper and is an underrated defender.
