Tyler Bergmans Tyler Bergmans 6'2" | SG South Burlington | 2024 State NLG , 6’2 G – South Burlington H.S. Class of 2024
Bergmans got his 1,000th in classic fashion, off of a drop step in the post with a strong finish. Tyler is the type to feast at the rim, constantly attacking the cup and converting with incredible efficiency. His mid-range has sharpened, and he’ll knock down the open trey, but he clearly prefers the for-sure two and free throws. Whether it’s the fastbreak or in the halfcourt, Tyler is one of VT’s best slashers, hands down.
Andrew Joncas, 5’10 G – Danville School Class of 2025
Danville has a stud in Joncas. Andrew’s work ethic on both ends is top tier, and his defensive pressure often opens up his transition offense. He gets into the second layer well with a quick first step, elevating nicely at the rim or using good footwork in the short to mid-range. Plus, he’s a sound shooter from 3, particularly off the catch. The spitfire guard posted 1,000 this past week and he’s got 30 or so games left in his career to keep pushing the needle. Tough.

Harry Geng Harry Geng 6'1" | PG St Johnsbury Academy | 2024 State NLG , 6’2 G – St. Johnsbury Academy Class of 2024
Geng must be chasing down 1,000. He’s put up some big-time numbers these past two years, so it’d be a surprise if he didn’t. His athletic slashing finishes drop at a good clip, and he’s got the mid-range pull-up and the 3 to go with. He does good work out of the pnr and in transition too. With his varied skillset, Harry is St. J’s main creator and I see him posting a few more 25+ nights before it’s all said and done.
Carson Cody, 6’3 G – Montpelier H.S. Class of 2025
With Carson we have a pure shooting guard. Cody is a natural 2 who you can give the ball and have create something out of nothing. His length and size allow him to shoot over the top of defenders inside or out, plus, his solid slashing and savvy footwork inside opens up nice short-range finishes and turnaround jumpers. Cody is a bucket from everywhere on the floor and he’s got a short memory.
Owen Eaton Owen Eaton 6'2" | CG Rice Memorial | 2025 State NLG , 6’2 G – Rice Memorial H.S. Class of 2025
One of the most prolific scorers around, Owen Eaton Owen Eaton 6'2" | CG Rice Memorial | 2025 State NLG . This kid can flat-out score it. He’s got pull-ups from 3 in transition, the mid-range, and an athletic finishing package around the rim. He gets to his spots both on the ball and off; he doesn’t rely on having the ball in his hands, he’ll get it done either way. Eaton will be a force for Rice and is surely well on his way toward the vaunted scoring mark.
Connor Denis, 5’10 G – Otter Valley Union H.S. Class of 2026
Denis stepped right into a starting role at OV as a freshman and has thus already been filling up the scoring column. Connor is a feisty PG with a fearless attack on the rim, able to snake through the defense and finagle looks in small spaces. He’s flashed the 3-ball too, but he often utilizes his quickness to get out in transition or flash into the second layer. With what he’s been doing his first 1.5 years, I’ve got him locked in on 1,000.
