Justin Courneya Justin Courneya 6'1" | PG Win-E-Mac | 2024 State MN of Win-E-Mac (sr). Justin had 45 points on 16 of 29 shooting with nine rebounds, six assists and six steals in a six point win over Kittson County Central. Courneya is going for the state scoring title and he is off to a good start.
Ethan Lee Ethan Lee 6'5" | SF Kasson Mantorville Highschool | 2025 State MN of Kasson-Mantorville (jr). One of the biggest wins of the weekend was Kasson-Mantorville earning a win over Hermantown, a borderline top ten team. It was a take notice victory and Ethan scored 33 points to lead his team to that win.
Kamron Solomon of Hiawatha Collegiate (jr). Solomon scored 35 points in an 18 point game over CHOF. Solomon is one of the better shooters in the junior class and he enters the season with a big opening night.
Joey Fretheim Joey Fretheim 6'3" | SG Mounds View | 2024 State MN of Mounds View (sr). I thought Mounds View versus Northfield would be a solid game. Fretheim had other ideas scoring 35 points while grabbing 15 rebounds leading his team to a 38 point victory. The Mustangs scored 95 points.
Brandon Hrncir Brandon Hrncir 6'8" | PF Farmington | 2024 State MN of Farmington (sr). Farmington won an excellent game against Century at the buzzer. Hrncir, the Sioux Falls commit, had 27 points leading his team against Shaun Wysocki Shaun Wysocki 6'7" | SF Rochester Century | 2024 State MN and the Panthers.
Joshua Balami Joshua Balami 6'3" | CG Math & Science Academy | 2024 State MN of Math & Science (sr). We can never forget about the monster number producer who heads into the classroom and crushes numbers even more. Balami had 28 of his team’s 56 points plus 14 rebounds and 6 assists in a win. TC Hoops Czar with the numbers there (Coca Cola rocks).
Azayah Washington Azayah Washington 6'2" | PG St. Cloud Apollo | 2025 State MN of St. Cloud Apollo (Jr). Washington put up 41 points against Marshall hitting 1,000 points for his career. He also dished out four assists and had a career high nine steals in the effort.
