Colton is a statistical dream. Only a sophomore, CP is averaging 16.8 ppg, 7.9 rpg, 5.3 apg, and 3.0 spg! Pevahouse's rebounding totals are outrageous for a guard. It is difficult to find anything to complain about in his game. Long-term his deep shot needs to get better. Otherwise, Pevahouse is a fun, productive player to keep watching.

Jackson debuted after a wonderful AAU summer. McCutcheon was a fantastic catch-and-shoot guy. In order to reach his complete potential, McCutcheon will have to find minutes at point guard for Brentwood and/or his AAU team. Not sure how that works, because he plays both with [player_tooltip player_id='1911257' first='Hudson' last='McKnight']. Ideally, Jackson will be a point guard with great shooting, as opposed to a 5-foot-9 shooting guard.

[player_tooltip player_id='1966262' first='Zander' last='Holt'] made his ranking debut after a strong AAU showing with the Tennessee Fever. Holt's ceiling is perhaps limited by his height (5'8"). Clever. Good decision-maker. Holt has not shown consistent outside shooting yet. His strengths are ball-handling, passing, speed, quickness, poise.

At 6-foot-1, when younger, Marable played like an athletic wing in June. His upside was unclear because the skills lagged behind other young guards, but the bounce and agility was ahead. Completely unaware of high school football, I just today found out he plays football. Marable is apparently a very good quarterback. That makes a lot of sense regarding his modest basketball skills. Marable, at 6-foot-1 and not a point guard, looks to have a low basketball ceiling without a lot more ball-handling and shooting work.
