The 5-7 freshman point guard has a good combination skillset of speed and athleticism where he can get to the front of the rim without hesitation. Alderman can score in a variety of ways whether it’s off the bounce and has a smooth jumper from the mid-range. He also has some nifty moves on the dribble where he doesn’t force many tough shots as his IQ continues to rise. Alderman has a solid chance to be the top ranked point guard for his class before all is said and done.
Highlights
The 6-2 freshman point guard has added some physicality to his game where he can out-muscle his way to score over multiple defenders. He plays with strong energy on the defensive end where he can guard on and off the ball at a high level using his speed and footwork. Barnes has a high ceiling on the offensive end where he can knock down shots across all three levels. He is also a very crafty guard when he has the basketball in his hands where he knows the importance of maintaining the point guard role.
The 5-11 freshman guard poises good speed and quickness when he has the basketball in his hands as he is a good decision maker. His ability to beat defenders to finish at the rim says enough about the early growth in his game where he is continuing to get better. He also has a smooth mid-range game on the offensive end as well as having expanded his range shooting comfortably from beyond the arc.
Highlights
The 6-3 freshman combo guard is a matchup problem for opposing guards as he has the strength as well as his speed to finish above the rim using his athleticism and frame. He has the intangibles to be a strong on-the-ball defender as well where he can guard both positions out on the perimeter where he forces the opposition into taking tough shots. Settles has a strong understanding for the game as well where his IQ continues to rise and could become a big-time prospect as his high school career rolls on.
Highlights
The 6-1 freshman point guard possesses a complete understanding feel for the game where he doesn’t get phased when opposing guards pressure him. On the offensive end, Britt does a great job at controlling the tempo as well as directing traffic for his teammates getting them involved. He is a sensational on-the-ball defender where he uses his speed to jump into the passing lanes where he can turn defense into offense in a hurry. Britt already holds offers from Albany State and Jacksonville University which we can expect that offer list to continue to grow as he matures his game.
