Faces in New Places: Key Transfers

As a freshman. Rowe helped Tolton to a Class 4 state runner up finish. He is one of the most explosive athletes in the state. He can throw down dunks and knock down 3-pointers.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1419868' first='Avian' last='Webb'] (Staley): The 5'11 2025 guard comes to Staley from North Kansas City, where he averaged 18 points a game.
