The 2024 class saw a commitment right before the start of National Signing Day as Hudson Catholic guard [player_tooltip player_id='1050399' first='Alex' last='Massung'] committed to UPenn on Monday. The group is still filled with available talent who can make an impact at the next level, especially in Non-Public A. Here are the top available 2024 prospects in Non-Public A.

[player_tooltip player_id='1153959' first='Dylan' last='Harper'], 6'5 SG Don Bosco Prep

Harper is one of the top uncommitted prospects in the country and is one of the most electric players in the nation. The 6'5 lefty plays with composure on the ball as he rarely gets sped up and rises up with confidence on his jumper. Harper uses his size to see over his defender and can thread passes to open teammates in the halfcourt. He finishes through contact around the rim and works hard on the defensive end. Harper is the reigning NJ.com Player of the Year and should win it again in his senior season.

Maurice Vassel, 6'9 PF St. Benedict's

The Gray Bees are slated to join Non-Public A this season and will be anchored by Vassel down low. The lanky 6'9 forward explodes off the floor for dunks and has a nice touch around the basket. Vassel has a high release on his free throws and sets good screens in the halfcourt. He fights for rebounds on both ends of the floor and swats almost everything on defense. Vassel is a high-motor forward prospect who should make an impact in the paint throughout the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1153958' first='Isaiah' last='Brown'], 6'1 CG Don Bosco Prep

Brown had a strong junior season and should carry it over into 2023-24. The 6'1 guard has a good handle and a quick first step, which he uses to blow by his defender and finish at the rim. Brown can also score in the mid-range and has a good release on his jumper. He has the ability to play off the ball and moves his feet well on defense. Brown is a shifty, guard prospect who should make plays with the ball in his hands for the Ironmen this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1395998' first='Nico' last='Peña'], 6'1 CG St. Peter's Prep

Peña had a solid debut season for the Marauders last season and should have an even bigger 2023-24 season. The 6'1 guard has a clean shooting stroke as he wastes little motion and can get hot from distance in a hurry. Peña moves well without the ball in his hands, freeing himself up for open layups and jumpers in the halfcourt. He has a solid handle and can get deflections on the defensive end. Peña is a sharpshooting guard prospect whose ability to get into the paint and make plays will help his stock in a big way this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1406989' first='John' last='Kelly'], 6'7 F Rutgers Prep

Kelly has the ability to play either the three or the four, making him an intriguing prospect to watch in the class. The 6'7 forward has a good face-up game as he can get to the rim off the bounce and knock down open jumpers from behind the arc. Kelly has a nice touch around the basket and is able to draw contact down low. He fights for rebounds on both ends of the floor and is an underrated defender. Kelly's ability to play inside and out is something that will help his game nicely throughout the winter.

Other Prospects to Watch:

[player_tooltip player_id='1153994' first='Michael' last='Van Raaphorst'], 6'3 SG Delbarton

[player_tooltip player_id='1407063' first='Elijah' last='Peters'], 6'3 CG Union Catholic

[player_tooltip player_id='1547456' first='Emanuel' last='Domingo'], 6'6 PF St. John Vianney
