Now we want to dig deeper into the Pennsylvania’s Class of 2026 rankings and examine a group of players who are appearing in our 2026 rankings for the first time. Some are making their debut because of transfer and / or reclassification. Others because of their impressive play at the camps and showcases in August as a well as during September’s fall ball action.
Below is a review of six southeastern Pennsylvania 2026 “new” prospectsyou need to keep an eye on for the remainder of this fall and into the 2023-24 season.
No. 38… Ethan Johnston Ethan Johnston 6'5" | CG Hill School | 2026 State PA – 6’2” / Hill School / New Heights EYBL / Combo Guard: Johnston makes his Pennsylvania rankings debut after transferring from the Dwight School in New York to Hill School. On offense Johnston is an all-around playmaker who stuffs that stat book. His creative dribble drive skills and his accurate 3-point shot are impressive weapons. In August Johnston was a standout performer at the CP3 Rising Stars Camp. Then this past week he was a Top 30 ASG selection at the Pangos All-East Camp.
No. 62… Tygee Clark Tygee Clark 5'10" | PG Cardinal O'Hara | 2026 State PA – 5’10” / Cardinal O’Hara / RKH / Combo Guard: Clark was one of the breakout stars from August’s Check Rock League action. He is a speedy and elusive ball handler which means he thrives in the open court. In the half-court, those same assets enable Clark to create for himself and teammates. Clark’s mid-range skills must be respected as well. His ability to score in traffic is impressive for his size. As a primary ball handler, Clark’s instincts, decision making, and poise are well beyond his years.
No. 65… Brady MacAdams Brady MacAdams 6'3" | SG Archbishop Wood | 2026 State PA – 6’3” / Archbishop Wood / Team Final Black / Combo Guard: Over the last couple of months, this 3-point ace with logo range and a quick trigger proved that his game has expanded beyond just perimeter shooting. His quickness and improved dribbling skills now can get MacAdams into the lane for pull-ups, floaters, and lay-ins. His athleticism, hops, and attack the rim style often catches opponents by surprise. MacAdams also owns excellent court vision and solid passing skills, so he can distribute the rock too. In late August, MacAdams was a standout performer at the CoBL Underclassmen Exposure Camp.
No. 95… Jayden Driver Jayden Driver 6'2" | CG William Penn Charter | 2026 State PA – 6’2” / Penn Charter / K-Low Elite / Combo Guard: This crafty backcourt prospect with a non-stop motor is instant offense for any team. With his speed and creative dribbling skills, Driver is extremely difficult to stop in the transition. In the half-court, he can splash threes as well as pull up jumpers. Or he can put the ball on the floor and attack the rim. As a nice bonus, Driver is a willing passer. 2023-24 should be a breakout season for Driver.
No. 103… Brian Donahue Brian Donahue 6'4" | SG Archbishop Wood | 2026 State PA – 6’3” / Archbishop Wood / Philly Revolution / Combo Guard: Donahue is a guard prospect who popped onto our radar back in August with his high percentage perimeter shooting. In September and October, he demonstrated that he was a multi-dimensional scorer by producing points off the bounce and via back door cuts. Still, his automatic jump shot is his weapon of choice, and his constant off-ball movement enhances that valuable skill. Donahue possesses a high IQ as well. So, he makes the extra pass and is constantly communicating with teammates.
No. 182… Ryan Jackson Ryan Jackson 6'0" | CG Central York | 2026 State PA – 6’0” / Central York / Team Takeover / Combo Guard: Jackson possesses some of the quickest and most elusive handles in the region. He is creative and slick with the dribbles, but Jackson is never out of control and he rarely commits a turnover. His dribble drive skills combined with his perfectly timed use of deceptive head / ball fakes enable Jackson to blow past defenders and create for himself and teammates. At the rim, Jackson is creative finisher who can convert with either hand.
