Top 250 Expo: Top Floor Generals

We saw a number of talented point guards throughout the day. What Morris lacks in height, he makes up for with strength and physicality. Morris was able to bully smaller guards on several occasions and he thrives in a physical, competitive setting which college coaches will surely appreciate. Offensively, he's a poised ball-handler and deadly shooter, several makes and few misses on Saturday. While Simmons is still young and learning the ways of a true point, the skillset and motor are extremely enticing. Simmons ran the floor hard all afternoon and was rewarded frequently. In transition, Simmons had a great feel for when to dive to the cup versus when to fade to the corner and he made the most of his open looks from three. Lindsey pushed the pace with every chance he had, exhausting opponents and turning turnovers into points. Lindsey obviously loves to play fast and it makes sense considering he plays alongside [player_tooltip player_id='1958488' first='Caleb' last='Holt'] at Buckhorn who excels in the open floor. When leading the break, Lindsey is a great decision maker with natural instincts. Leonard is sneaky off the ball and it can be easy of defenses to lose him as he hunts open looks. The lefty point guard proved he can consistently hit shots from both the mid-range and three-point line. Johnson was a breathe of fresh air. He was unselfish all afternoon and exhibited some great vision as a passer. Johnson shot an efficient percentage from three while only taking open shots in the flow of the game and showed off a really smooth stroke.
