1AA Breakdown
Caledonia and Lake City are teams with a deep level of talent which is why both are top five Class AA area teams and that is why so many of the names here belong to their teams. That said, Cannon Falls and Zumbrota-Mazeppa will have their chance as both clubs bring back their top talents and should have strong years. PEM and Randolph lost key players but at the same time these are teams with good foundations. As for the teams ready to take a step forward? Triton surely comes to mind and maybe Winona Cotter as well! The team with the most unfortunate situation is Pine Island who was looking to be in a good spot but then double-double beast Blake Schmitz was lost for the season followed by an injury to his brother as well. Best wishes to them.
