He’s an athletic player with good strength, and bounce to go after rebounds at 6’1. He has foot speed and lateral movement to defend ball handlers, and make shooters work to get clean looks. He has a decent skill set, he handles in transition after rebounding, passes well around the perimeter. He hit a few open 3’s, on the wings, and had strong drives into the paint finishing off two, and one around the rim.
He’s a long arm shooter, who hits the 3 off the dribble, he dropped a few catch 3’s from long range, and drained a few in the corners. He’s on thin side but showed he’s willing to take the contact, as he often found his way into the paint attacking defenders, and hitting the paint jumper. He played well at the Pangos Frosh/Camp.
Oscona is a versatile combo guard with shifty handles, he creates shots for himself from different angles on the court. He uses his dribble, and a ball fake at times to get by defenders and into the paint for scores and assists. He hit long 3’s off the dribble, short jumpers on the pull-up. He sees the court, he’s a willing passer, and can deliver key buckets in the crunch.
A good shooter with lots of movement, he hit pull-up jumpers from mid-range, open 3’s along the perimeter, with range multiple times. He drove it hard with a spin move, and body control from the perimeter to the paint for the right hand finish. He hit a fade away jumper in the paint amongst other finishing moves in the paint. He’s on the Watch List.
Highlights
He’s one of the fastest guards in the NorCal 2026 class, who can put points on the board. Otis is a rising prospect that can fill the nets from all angles. He’s hard to contain in the open court using his handles, and speed to zip by defenders. He has the quick pull-up off the dribble from mid-range, he hits the 3ptr off the dribble coming down in transition, he handles contact challenging bigs in the paint. He can defend when he’s locked in
We hadn’t seen much of Woosley until this event. The crafty lefty has a good set of handles and a nice crossover to get defenders leaning, while working his way into the paint using hard dribbles, and strong drives. He hit the long 3 coming down in transition. He’s good with the ball in his hand in transition, pushing and looking up to make the assist. He’s on the ground first for loose balls.
